Good Quality
I am using it for physical therapy exercises. I use an over the door strap that I bought on Amazon to attach it to. I bought a red and yellow one. The resistance is just right. They are comfortable on my hands when exercising.

For a good cardio boxing workout.
This light weight band works really well for a cardio boxing workout. Not much resistance, since they are only 10 pounds but I hook them to the wall and punch, jabs, straights, and other boxing techniques to improve speed performance, also for a good chest and shoulders light workout.

I purchased these as a replacement Great resistance, fits comfortably in my hands. I am able to use them on quite a large verity of different exercises.

I am questioning purchasing these as they seem kind of cheap. I wanted a handle like I use at exercise class but it isnât confortable and doesnât feel very sturdy. I was planning to get another one but am now hesitant
