Adam, professional chef and fishmonger, started his career when he was given the opportunity to run a fish company at just 20 years old right out of culinary school at The Culinary Institute of America.

What makes our products unique?

We are based in New York where the most seafood variety comes in. We purchase our fish fresh every day and don’t carry much inventory. We keep the fish and seafood as fresh as possible.
