I was apprehensive on spending that much money on a little cookie, however I have been doing keto for 4 years and I love dessert..just need a lil something sweet after dinner or with my tea. I bought these to put into stocking stuffers because I believe in good ingredients and like to promote it in my gift giving. I tasted them for the first time and had to buy more for myself. I love them! So yummy!!!

Hm, I didnt notice that I was purchasing Snickerdoodle and not the more traditional stroopwaffle flavor of vanilla caramel. Oh well.Very much cinnamon forward. It is snickerdoodle after all, so not surprised there. Personally prefer these with some coffee. Not something I want to gobble down, so I rather like the small size and individual wrapping.Texture it ok. Light chew, slightly dry. Not all that sweet. Kinda nice for a change. Small disks, individually wrapped. If the wrapping is an issue look for the ones loose in a bag, or go with bigger disk size. Find the option that works for you. Why complain when you know that is what you ordered?I ordered a box of the vanilla caramel and am hoping that those have the taste I am looking for. I will be using those as well as these Snickerdoodle ones as part of a treat themed Christmas gift.
