Very effective in stopping bleeding from cuts.
I originally purchase this item for an active shooter kit for my church. However, had first hand experience with it when I recently lacerated my arm working on a project in my shop. It was bleeding profusely and I was the only one there. I was able to apply the Israeli Bandage to my arm and it stopped the bleeding immediately and protected the wound while I drove to the ER. The ER Doctor was very impressed with how well it worked.

Good Product
Seems like a great product for the price. I had prior knowledge on using an Israeli Bandage so I didn’t use the instructions when testing it out and teaching my older kids how to use one. It is nicely sealed and my unopened ones fit perfectly in a blow out bag I made. Hope I never need it but happy I have it.

Seems useful, but won’t know until needed. Misleading packaging
I “returned” these because the labeling is very misleading. The listing was for a 2 pack, and the label says 2 pack AND single pack on the same wrapper. But since it was a single pack that I received for the 2 pack listing, I initiated a return and it was processed as a refund. The item itself is still in the package and I have not used it, and plan to only open and use it if needed for an emergency. It does seem like a worthy addition to a medical kit.

Perfect for a car & home med-kit
I noticed every med-kit I saw on Amazon and in-stores, none had a heavy bandage.After reading this I purchased two, having a bandage for an extreme trauma can save lives, especially after a car-accident. Seems to be high quality and the package is dated/vacuum sealed.

Bought three so one will be used for practice with the family. Everyone should have at least one in their basic kit. It’s like a fire extinguisher, if you never have to use it, that’s GREAT!

I have not used this specific product, as it is purchased as something necessary if needed. I have used this type product previously, and found it to be easy to use in an emergency. This is a product that can save a life.

The vacuum pack is not very vacuum. Quite large to stow. Yet to use, but something is better than nothing if the poop flies.

Don’t expect to fit these in your first aid kit. The sealed bag the bandage is in is way oversized unlike other compact emergency bandages. You could fit around 4 bandages in the same bag the packaging is so big. So much for slotting these into the first aid kit, you would need a separate kit just to carry them. Not recommended at all.

These are not military grade Israeli first field dressings. The real deal has the pad impregnated with a compound that aids coagulation these do not !Product description is entirely misleading!Although I’m sure these will do as a basic bandage they are not what their advertised to be.Also the packaging makes it very difficult to self administer so please don’t count on these in your survival pack as opening the inner packet one handed is impossible.These are not what they say they are don’t waste your money.
