Essential for Women Multivitamin 18+ is also Non-GMO Project Verified, and every lot must pass third party testing for heavy metals, major allergens and microbes.
PATENTED BEADLET IN OIL TECHNOLOGY: Essential for Women Multivitamin 18+ is so unique that the United States Patent and Trademark Office awarded us a patent (# US 11,083,738 B2). Customers say
Customers find the vitamin easy to swallow and say it contains all-in-one vitamins. They appreciate that it makes taking the vitamins more palatable. However, some customers report that the smell is gross and makes them want to vomit. They also dislike the nauseous feeling and value for money. Opinions are mixed on the taste, color, and quality.

Great vitamin and NO BIOTIN
I was looking for a vitamin without biotin because I was getting bad breakouts & was told to not take a vitamin with biotin⦠within a week of switching to these my face cleared up! Does have a slightly funky aftertaste when you take it but no other complaints at all. Good brand and good product

Amazing customer service!
I saw black spots in some of my capsules, and then saw quite a few others commented the same and, like me, were worried it was mold. So, I went to Ritual’s website to reach out to their customer service through email. They were so kind and helpful! It’s the inside of the vitamin y’all!!They replied with this info after some back and forth, but still gave me a full refund (without a return) even though I didn’t ask for one! After the reply, I cut open a capsule and cut one of the beadlets in half. And YEP! It’s true! I think some look fuzzy because of the oil (?) They weren’t happy that the imperfect beadlets made it through, though. The customer service was so great! They were understanding and informative. I am pretty timid about asking for a refund or returning defective things, and they made it so easy!!I also love the little flavor stick to make the vitamins taste good. And the oil inside smells fishy, but I’m 90% sure that’s because of the Omega-3 from the microalgea.

Great multi
I really like these. Iâm on my 3rd bottle! I appreciate that I can get most of my essential vitamins and minerals in one daily. I feel better and skin looks better when I take them, and I enjoy the mint flavor. The fish burps are infrequent and just part of the equation when youâre taking a fish oil.

HORRIBLE!!!
Absolutely horrible: Ritual vitamins and Amazon experience. I did read all negative reviews, but I so desperately wanted to find good quality vitamins, that I decided to take a chance. What a mistake! The vitamins came in a clear bottle, with no box, with a 100 degrees heat that makes you wonder how protected these ingredients are in such exposed (and plastic) packaging. Besides, the expiration date was in 3 months! So, how old is this product?! Additionally, the bottle was cracked and I immediately reached out to Amazon Customer Service to ask for a replacement. They told me to send photos and after a day of evaluating my case, they came back with a decision that the bottle had âjust a bumpâ and that they will not replace them. Really?! For Prime Members they cannot replace a broken bottle?! How disappointing! Well, then I tried the vitamins⦠OMG! They are the worst supplements ever! The minty taste made me want to vomit and within 15 min the oily aftertaste was awful! I started eating anything I could find in the kitchen just to keep the horrible aftertaste down. The minty nastiness stayed on the back of my throat for hours. Besides, the beautifully advertised bright yellow vitamins is a deception – the bottle is dull and the vitamins have grayish undertone, nothing to be compared to the esthetically pleasing false image on the Ritual website. These vitamins went straight to the trashâ¦

Great product despite the taste
I have been searching for a multivitamin to take for quite some time. I have tried a handful of popular brands and haven’t noticed any improvement. I did a lot of research on what women should be taking in their 20s and 30s and these vitamins really hit the mark. I have been taking them consistently for a month now and have noticed a difference in my overall energy, my skins appearance and my nail health. Very impressed with the product.Cons: I really just have one con for this product that I think has been echoed in other reviews. The taste of this product is bad. I take it right away in the morning then brush my teeth and use mouthwash to get rid of the taste. It does taste fishy for some reason. With all that being said I do highly recommend this product.

Solid multivitamin
Iâve been taking this multivitamin for a month now and I really like it. As others have said, I did have a couple of days with fish burps, but it wasnât often enough to bother me and it didnât last all day. I love that there is a little mint, scented bar in the bottle. It makes taking the vitamins, more palatable. I always took these vitamins with food as the other calcium supplement. I take upset my tummy if I donât wish there was more calcium in it but other than that, no complaints. I love that it is USP verified. Will continue to subscribe.

Just a little pricey
I love these vitamins but theyâre just a little pricey . The minty taste makes them easy to take if you donât like taking pills

I just can’t
I like the idea of this product and I liked that it would take longer to dissolve so it usually happened in your lower intestine…. This was dissolving in my stomach within a matter of 30min and then I would spend half the day with that fish, foul sea taste in my mouth. It was so horrible…. I would sometimes get sick. I just can’t do it anymore. I have taken Omega3 with fish oil in them and as long as I ate something with it, never had an issue…. With this product, it didn’t matter. I tried to stick to it but I just can’t handle it anymore. Didn’t even make it a week. ð
