I LOVE This Product!
It goes on nicely. One thing to remember: After application of this, Iâve found that itâs crucial to add a moisturizer before I apply face primer, followed by Jerome Alexander spray foundation. Again this morning, I was in a hurry and within a couple hours suddenly realized (and could see!) that I forgot to apply a moisturizer between this ROC serum and my moisturizing face primer. (I could see some dryness in some small fine lines in my face). Normally, this product greatly minimizes fine lines to the extent that some ppl have asked if I just had a facial or a chemical peel. I truly love this product and apply it every morning and night.

Caution if you have sensitive skin
FYI: I DO NOT have sensitive skin. My skin is kind of plain – not overly dry or oily, and I’ve never really been prone to acne or anything. That said, my skin did not like this product, especially around my eyes. I understand that the skin around your eyes is sensitive and a bit thinner, so it’s more susceptible to damage from products like this; however, I did not anticipate I’d have any problems with it because I’ve never had a problem with any type of skin product before EVER. My cheeks and the corners of my eyes started to get very red after about 3 days use of this product. I figured no big deal because it said a little burning was normal/a sign the product is working, so I kept using it. The corners of my eyes started to scab over – it wasn’t anything super noticeable, it just looked kind of red and irritated, as did my cheeks. It took a few days for it to subside.My skin felt good using this product at first – it felt very soft after I put it on, but it was not worth the rash and scabs. Others might not have this issue, but I would warn those who have sensitive skin or are prone to skin issues to use caution.

I swear by this BRAND altogether, let alone THIS holy grail of a product.TRUST ME when I say that IT WORKS … and … *queue drum roll* … as advertised!This product wonât let you down if you have dry skin (like me) and/or experience fine lines around the eye and mouth areas (also like me).Product smells great. The consistency isnât runny/watery and on the thick side; texture feels more like a cream than a standard serum.Wearable underneath makeup; just ensure itâs âdriedâ/set-in, first.(I usually apply it in the morning before doing a few odds-n-ends getting ready for work)(!) WARNING (!)To each of you beauties that are NEW to using Retinol based products like this, be mindful of a few things (maybe conduct a thorough Google search too to be 1000% sure this product is for you):1.) Retinol works best when used on a regular basis; youâll begin seeing the results as advertised, fastest, when working this product into your daily routine.2.) If itâs tingling â ITâS WORKING! (I experienced this sensation more at the beginning of using this product since my skin had not yet been exposed to a Retinol concentrated product before.)3.) If using during the daytime (and thus, plan on going outside) â SUNSCREEN! SUNSCREEN! SUNSCREEN! â Retinol is known to ATTRACT the sunâs UV rays and can cause the REVERSE EFFECTS if someone is not NOT CAREFUL! Following-up with an application of SPF 50 is a hands-down MUST!!! (SPF 30 is the absolute LOWEST youâd want to âplayâ with. Even then â itâs simply not worth it; JUST GO GET THE 50!)4.) If you have SENSITIVE skin â in ANY capacity â PLEASE â Iâm pretty much begging you â to PLEASE conduct a proper Patch Test prior to slathering this serum all over your face/neck.(I experience sensitivity in sporadic spurts and with this product giving off the tingling sensation [depicted above; #2] during the first few uses, I felt like it was more of a burning-like feeling, than a tingling one. â The burning-like sensation quickly subsided though and was even completely diminished by my 3rd [Day 3] consecutive use. âHOWEVER, I would also like to point out:If I skip/forget/am-too-lazy to apply this product for a few days, once I DO, the tingling [NOT the BURNING] sensation returns [w/ first-day of re-use only]. This happens because all of my fine lines are âdrinking upâ as much of the Retinol in this serum as fast as biologically possible!!!)TAKE-AWAYS:⢠This serum is hands-down amazing! It’s only been a week but my face seems to like it. no rashes and face looks smoother. Granted , Im 70 so I know the wrinkles will never disappear but they look a bit better.

El producto es bueno si es la primera vez que vas a usar retinol.Pero para tener los efectos del retinol, tienes que saber aplicar estas cremas.Por nada del mundo lo pongas cerca de los ojos ni las comisuras de la boca, el retinol solo se pone en la frente, las mejillas y el menton.Debes aplicar poca cantidad y poner solo en la noche. Se empieza aplicando una noche a la semana, y la siguiente semana dos noches y asi progresivamente.Primero va tu crema humectante, luego el retinol y otra vez crema humectante, y no lo combines con otros acidos.Por favor aprende a ponerte el retinol para que no te dañes la cara, suerte!
