Have used the tape from Rock Tape for years but wanted to give the knees more support. These are a nice fit, comfortable and feel like they’re giving the desired support. Recommend if you’re looking for a sturdy knee brace.

Great quality and great price
I purchased my first pair in March 2021. They made a big difference for my knees when doing squats (I am a woman in my late 50s and just do a functional weight of a 65 pound front squat). I thought that perhaps they would be losing some compressive force over the years so purchased a new pair in January 2024. I was quite pleased to discover that there was no difference in the compression! I have a front loading washing machine and toss them in after each use, then let them air dry. It is easiest to put them on while they are inside out and upside down: slide them over your foot and up the calf to where the bottom of the sleeve should be, then roll the top edge up over your knee. I still use my old pair when outside in the early spring or late fall doing yardwork to keep my knee joints warm; and they also help with repeated squatting down and standing back up.

Work great, but not very durable
Good sleeves to use during leg exercises. The sleeves stay snug, provide compression, and hold their shape throughout workouts.My main con is that they are not very durable. Mine started coming apart by the stitching with under a year of use and using them once weekly.I contacted Rocktape and they send me a free replacement under warranty. Great customer service!

They give good support
I am 5â8â 189lbs and I bought smalls. They are tight but Iâm sure they will stretch over time. I was able to wear them for a few hours straight with no issues. You will sweat underneath these. But they compress very well and give support for everyday activities or working out. I also have super training sling shot knee sleeves and they are very similar. I would advise buying these.
