works and it stays on!
I have a small tear in my meniscus a couple of years ago. So I am not running anymore but I do a lot of walking, in fact training for a marathon in October. I’ve been using KT tape for a couple of years and like it but recently tried Rock Tape to see how it would do. both give excellent stability but Rock Tape definitely stays on better. And frankly, I like the patterns. I was getting bored with the the plain colors on KT Tape.Also got delivery fast. Will definitely order again. I think I need a girlie pattern for my half marathon in a couple of weeks 🙂

I love Rocktape!
Rocktape is the best kinesiology tape I’ve found, and I’ve tried several brands. It’s really strong, stretchy, and sticks well, lasting several days even after showering. And the color and design choices are great! I especially love the tattoo, the tiger, and the cow patterns. I used Rocktape on my shoulder after I tore my rotator cuff and now I am using it on my foot due to metatarsalgia and it is very helpful in providing protection from further injury and helping the area heal by providing compression. Rocktape really rocks!

This tape is the best
I am currently in physical therapy for an injury. My therapist has used several different tapes on me. One makes my skin itch and break out really badly only where the tape edges are. Another won’t stay on my skin. I tried the Rock tape and it is fabulous. It is the only one that doesn’t irritate my skin and it stays on until we are ready to remove it. I’ve had it stay on for 2 weeks straight! Through showers and everything! I highly recommend using this tape.

This is the real thing. It’s high quality, no allergic rash/other reaction. It stays on for at least a couple of days, despite multiple showers. I’ve tried other versions, basically to just throw money away. I do a lot of road cycling and once in a while need to tape around knee/other area. This has worked well for my needs.

Good adhesive tape
Firstly I ordered the Tattoo tape but got the red one. Both the same price so I didn’t return it.I have used KT tape and other Kinesiology tapes. This I think is the best. Iv’e only used it for two days but so far so good.I’ve tapped my Achilles and elbow. Both still stuck and I’ve showered too. I play tennis and it enables me to continue to play while I have injuries or inflammation.Would buy again but it is more expensive then other tapes.

AWESOME for Lymphedema control!
I use this daily for Lymphedema control (Lymphedema due to breast cancer) and it works as good. If not better than my custom made compression sleeves & gauntlets.

Much better than KT Tape
Much better than KT tape! This rock tape did the job for me, really keeps your muscles compressed and you can feel it working. Had it on for 4, 5 days; shower and everything no problem. I actually had to take it off since I was not sore anymore, but it does get a bit itchy after a few days which is understandable with all tapes I’m sure. Anyways, great product and the tattoo pattern is great, people think it’s a tattoo at first.

Awesome
I have been using this tape for years and it helps with everything from plantar fascia, heel spurs, pulled muscles, popped ribs, etc. This tape is NOT pre-cut which sucks but it is awesome. It sticks better than original KT tape and lasts through a few showers. and for the price – it was a good deal!
