Add bold umami flavor to pastas, salads, and more with Roland Foods Oven Roasted Dried Cherry Tomatoes. Imported from Turkey, these pre-sliced tomatoes have been slowly sun-ripened. The result is both sweeter and more tart than fresh tomato, with a soft yet chewy texture that nicely contrasts softer foods like raw vegetables and pasta. Ready to eat directly from the bag, Roland Oven Roasted Dried Cherry Tomatoes are a quick and foolproof way to add intense tomato flavor to salads and cold and hot pasta dishes. Additionally, these Turkish tomatoes are also as a tasty accent for pizza, chicken, cream sauces, and more. DELICIOUS! Bursting With Flavor
Tomatoes were moist, flavorful and perfect for adding to pasta and on top of a Brie party appetizer.

    Delicious
I have never tried tomatoes in oil and herbs, so I have nothing to compare it to, but this was delicious. The flavor was on point, although it is very oily. I would definitely buy these again.

Like the Trader Joe’s Antipasto Tomatoes that got discontinued
I bought these hoping they would be a substitute for the Trader Joe’s tomatoes that came in the little black package. Those tomatoes got discontinued a few years ago. These are VERY close; a good enough substitute. I haven’t seen anything like it in the stores. The color of these isn’t as vibrant red as the Trader Joe’s version, but they taste very similar. I recommend if you are looking for those.

    IS THIS TOMATO SOUP???
If you think you are buying marinated cherry tomatoes, you are mistaken. This thing has marinated for so long it is a soup with very few still intact tomatoes inside. The seller has a convenient no return policy and you will be at the mercy of Amazon to give you your money back. Don’t get yourself in a soup!!!

    Very oily
The product was very oily and the oil was hard to wash off plastic dishes and hands. On the up side it tasted good and the oil left your hands soft.

    DELICIOUS!
They are a bit pricey but wow, what a taste! I found a dozen things to add the tomatoes to, including sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes. I added them, all oily and savory, on a charcuterie platter too, along with fancy cheeses and prosciutto. They last in the fridge, sealed, for a few weeks (my experience) – but note the tomatoes aren’t “pickled” (preserved in vinegar), so they do not last for months! Highly recommended product!

Ehh no different than Sundried Tomatoes in oil with seasonings
I bought these to try a new recipe that called for oven roasted tomatoes. The cost was easily $10 more than the jar of sundried tomatoes I buy at the warehouse store. The taste was the same. The packaging was weird. I dumped the bag into a canning jar and put the remaining half in the freezer. I’ll stick with sundried tomatoes in oil for the cost and packaging. The search continues for a flavorful dried tomato without oil that can be added to quiches. I have dried my own in the past and it is too much work between work!
