Love this sleeve
This sleeve works great. Material is soft and comfortable, seams are on the outside to reduce irritation, and the compression is spot on. Has really helped to reduce swelling in my hand and wrist. I have a 6.5 wrist measurement and the small fit me perfectly.

I bought a pair of these Roylan long compression gloves, left and right being sold separately, and have to say they are exactly what I was looking for and am very pleased with the purchase. While not super compressive compared to a custom edema sleeve, these provide gentle constant support and are very comfortable for all day wear, which I frequently do. I bought them primarily to sleep in, which I do nightly and they prevent swelling and keep my hands and arms feeling limber and protected. The feeling is so pleasant that I actually find myself wearing them all day as well, not wanting to take them off! I find them easy to manage daily activities in, doing light housework and even typing on a keyboard. They are even a nice driving glove, keeping the sun off my skin. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for gentle full coverage support gloves they can live in full time day and night.

Does not fit anything other than a thin arm
For being a swelling and edema product, this wouldn’t fit anyone without a thin arm. I have thoracic outlet syndrome and wanted a single sleeve to cover my whole arm. The wrist and hand were loose, but I couldn’t get the sleeve up over my elbow because it was too thin. Do not buy if you aren’t a stick figure.

They are loose
Not the greatest gloves if your looking for tight compression, they are more fashion than they are compression. They do go all the way up to the shoulder blade though. I did purchase these as a pair, they came inside out for some reason. The gloves are sturdy, the fingers fit fine, almost no compression anywhere in the glove, was disappointed.

Comfortable!
I was not looking forward to yet another thing on my right arm after splint, casts, and brace, but this glove is a gentle hold with no extreme constriction, helping redistribute the fluid causing swelling as I regain mobility. I bought it to wear at night, but am happy to have it on all day while I wait for the tipless shorter glove I intend for day use to get here. All seams seem securely sewn. Flexible and soft. Recommended.

Excellent Product
I have CRPS; and somehow a little bit of compression seems to help. Excellent compression glove with the perfect amount of compression for me. The fabric has just the perfect amount of softness on my skin. I also particularly appreciate the sewing seams being on the outside of the glove, were they on the inside, I would not be able to wear them. I only wish these gloves were offered in a plethora of different colors

Right Arm Only full arm & hand compression glove
The product is well made. There is very little difference between the upper arm width and the hand, so it fits the upper arm and is too loose on the wrist and hand. The product needs more spandex to provide adequate compression and should be tapered. I thought I would receive 2 gloves and was disappointed when it was just one glove. I’m returning the glove because I need compression from shoulder to fingers.
