Feel energy and stamina improved
These multivitamins quality and effectiveness rank close to being on the same level as the GNC brand for a much lower price. Pills are large not too big though. Taste is palpable just don’t try to chew these. Frequency is up to you, 4 in one sitting or break up dosage in 2 pill sets taking in the morning and afternoon. Have ordered these 3 times already satisfied with the results.

They smell so bad
These pills smell so freaking awful I canât describe it. Youâre going to open the bottle and think âthereâs no way I can put one of those in my mouthâ because they smell so bad. And theyâre huge. And you need to take 4 of them every day. Over time the smell hasnât bothered me as much as the initial opening but itâs still bad. They donât taste terrible though but you need to be quick about swallowing them. They do go down pretty easy for their size.

Makes my stomach hurt like hell
I don’t know what is in this product that is making my stomach hurt like hell. I tried taking 2 pills instead of 4 after lunch and it did not help. Approximately after an hour after taking this pill I would get stomach pain and then diarrhea that would last throughout the day. I been taking this for around 3 weeks now and did not see a difference in energy level. I actually fell asleep at work the first time I took it cause my stomach was hurting so bad. Today is the last day I’m taking this as I am typing this review on the toilet for the 4th time today. Oh forgot mention it also makes me feel like the food I eat is not digesting and I consistently feel nauseated and feel like throwing up. I have it a chance but I have to say this has been the most horrible 3 weeks of my life while taking this.
