This pasta stayed al dente after boiling 11 minutes and held the texture in marinara. I will buy again, would love to see this in bowtie shape, but didn’t see that available. Great taste and tooth, though. Very nice.

Very hard to find Gluten free Rigatoni in Grocery Store.. VERY frustrating,,,, BUT NOW,, we can order this Rigatoni on Amazon.. VERY GREAT TASTING. Recommend this for all that canât eat pasta made with Flour.. I CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE this is sooooo good. THANKS ðð¨ð»âð¦³

Wouldn’t know it was gluten free
Hands down the best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had, great texture and didn’t break apart when mixing into sauce. I used this in a baked Mac & cheese and this perfectly grabbed the sauce and held up in the oven with no hard as rocks dried out pieces anywhere. Tried one box and I’ll be buying on the multipacks, I’ve missed real pasta so much and this tastes like the real thing.

It’s hard to find different GF pasta SHAPES. I had been looking for Rigatoni and this one is good. I enjoyed the taste and texture. For the amount you get it probably is a little pricier then Barilla or other more common options but it has a better texture and flavour IMO so I would buy again.

I’m not a big fan of al dente which is what these are once they’re cooked. Even going beyond the recommended cooking time didn’t change that but if that’s your thing then go for it. Taste is good.
