I love the rustichelle d’Abruzzo, because they release sizeable amounts of starch in the water, and allow me to make the perfect mantecatura. This is class 1 pasta, comparable to the fancy stuff produced in Gragnagno. Believe me, I know a few things about pasta. This one is good!

Delicious Spaghetti
I had never had this brand before and boy was I surprised. This spaghetti was the best I have ever tasted. Now if you make your own spaghetti I cannot speak to that. Try it, and see how it compares to homemade.
