Pros:-helps to decrease pain from MINOR muscle aches, strained, or overused muscles-I strained my hamstring and put 2 patches on overnight. These patches were instrumental in my recovery. I was skeptical at first, but they work wonders. Long lasting and no heavy odor. I can say for those allergic to adhesive tape like bandaids, cut off a small section and see if you react.

I wanted to like these Salonpas patches for pain relief, but unfortunately, they donât stick well to the back. They start to peel off, even if Iâm not moving around much. Itâs really frustrating, as I was hoping for lasting relief, but the patches just donât stay in place.
