Perfect as replacement for Gluten Free egg Noodles
I have been searching for a good Gluten Free egg noodle (No egg) the past 3 years. These are perfect. Wider and thinker than some pasta. I used them for chicken and noodles/dumplings and these noodles were perfect.

First time purchaser. This item was perfect to make a new family member with gluten issues feel included. I cooked it separately from the pan of regular gnocchi. When the regular gnocchi ran out I served the rest of the gluten free. No one noticed. Delicious!

I prefer Gnocchi that’s more light and airy – not so dumpling-like and dense. But hey: it’s gluten free and reasonably-priced so I ain’t complainin’ too much.

My daughter has Celiac’s disease, and this is gluten free and easy to use it is a nice shelf ready product. I make Gnocchi, with White Beans and Spinach using sun-dried tomatoes which is delightful. An especially good dish for vegetarian Fridays during Lent. I think the trick is to brown the gnocchi quickly in medium high heat so there is a nice crisp on the outside in a toss like motion and the gnocchi are plumb then set aside and prepare rest of dish and then remix in to reheat and meld with the dish before serving.
