There’s No Fleece
There’s no fleece in this. It’s made out of very thin stuff that is somehow nice and warm under a bike helmet.I know this to be true, because I bought it for my husband, and he is as happy as can be with it.You need to know this about my husband: if it costs money, no matter how little, he hates it.This costs money (not a lot), and he loves it.The cap fits closely and is just big enough to cover ears. Does nothing to detract from helmet safety features. Keeping my woobie safe and warm.Gotta love that.

The perfect cycling helmet liner for colder rides
I’ve owned a ton of headbands and helmet liners over decades of cold weather cycling–including some very expensive name brands. This appears to be the best for these reasons:- It has windstopper on the forehead and over the ears, but allows your head to breath in the back and top.- It has a layer of micro-fleece throughout, so it is warmer than just a fabric liner, but thin enough to fit under your helmet with an adjustment to the retention band.- It is sewn in 3 top panels and 2 around the circumference (windstopper at the front). This allows it to be shaped like an actual human head, rather than stretched too tightly in some places and loose in others.- The combination of fleece and spandex is perfect. I have fleece liners that don’t fit well, and spandex liners that aren’t warm enough.- This covers your ears fully. Most liners and headbands do not.I have a large head. This fits snugly but comfortably. I am thinking it might be nice for sleeping in cold weather backpacking as every other beanie or hat I’ve tried ends up coming off in the night.

Keeps my ears warm in cool weather
The cap is pretty good. I bought it for use under my bike helmet to keep my ears covered. It works, stays on, and stays covering my ears (doesn’t ride up under the helmet). Helmet fits over it as well as can be expected. I adjusted the helmet a little. The cap quality and materials seem good.Only downside is that it does push my sunglasses down on my nose bridge. This causes some aches after a while, but then I don’t ride much more than an hour at a time. Some other caps have holes in the sides for putting the ear stems of your glasses through for a better fit. But then, other caps have other negatives, and I can’t say how well those holes actually work. I’m happy with my purchase of this cap.

Warm and fits a large head.
Very nice. Covers the ears well and well made.

Entire hat is not wind proof
I bought this hat because Iâm looking for a wind proof hat to wear during the winter under my bike helmet. This hat does have wind proof material in some places but the entire hat is not wind proof. I ended up sending it back for that reason. What I did like: it was light weight and seemed to fit my (small) head well. It seemed like it was well made.

Great fit. Super Warm. Very useful
I didn’t realize I was going to use this “beanie” as much as I do, but I do. I now own two of them and when the weather gets cold, they are PERRRFECT. The only gripe is I can’t always tell which end is forward when I first pick it up.

One word, Perfect!
I typically have issues with these types of caps but this one is a real winner, fits comfortably yet snug enough as to not come off or create wind draft underneath, felt very good and warm wearing it. The material is great, well stitched and perfectly designed for a big head like mine, Thank you Amazon, your merchandise buyers bring it home, kudos to you!! Thank you kindly. Victor R. Phila. PA.

Ok little cap
Biking in the winter can be pretty cold but this cap helps a lot. And while snug is good, this Is a little tight. Works ok though.

I bought this for my husband as he needed a helmet liner for the colder days of riding his bike. He is a slim person but would say that he has a big head. This liner fits him perfectly and does the trick of keeping his head warm. It’s also nice quality!

Fits well, covers my ears nicely and itâs not bulky.

I was looking for something to keep me warm on winter rides. I have a shaved head and it does get cool out there in the winter. This works good and I just returned from my ride in the rain feeling warm and comfortable. I like the material that it’s made of.

Wore this for a ride that started around 10C, ended around 5C. Kept my head (completely shaved) nice and warm throughout. Fits nicely with a helmet on. Would buy again.
