Great product
Good quality, tastes good! Easy to carry. Pineapple is the best taste in my opinion!

Improvement over gels
This is an improvement over gels. It is somewhere between applesauce and apple juice in consistency. This means you drink it and it doesn’t require a follow on drink of water to make it go down – or to get rid of “that” taste you have left over. The flavors are pretty good – but that is subjective. I like them. Nice to have a multi pack to try them out.

Greta performing gel but super weird texture
These gels do get absorbed very quickly and help me from bonking with 22g of carbs without spiking your sugar and IMO do perform better than something like a Stinger Energy Gel that has 24g of carbs but 48% of that comes from added sugar. So here is where science vs practicality comes in since SIS Gels are simply bigger servings and take more room in your pockets and come out to $1.89 per serving in most cases which simply isn’t amazing. Then factor in that the flavors of these are alright but they are more like the essence of flavor than anything substantial and the texture is simply gross and would be akin to eating goop maybe? Granted no one is eating gels for pleasure and on performance yeah SIS is 9/10, price 6/10, and taste and texture 4/10.

Excellent gel to keep energized.
I take these gels before and during a cycling ride about every 15 – 20 miles. They along with regular food, they keep me going for many miles.

I vari gusti presenti sono tutti buoni. Li uso per le mie uscite in bici sia da corsa che mtb. Pratici, gustosi e rigeneranti.

These are great value for money and helped me through my long runs / half marathon. They gave me a good energy boost with no stomach issues at all. I had about 7 on my half marathon lol. They taste really nice and are fairly easy to use / open.
