It’s too expensive for every day, every week, or even every month. But, when I do order this fish it arrives fresh (no fishy stink) and cooks into a delightful, delicate, delicious treat.

Nice Delicate Halibut
We have been using these fillets for a year now and have never had a bad experience with taste or freshness. The fillet cut works well in more preparations than the steaks. The meat is also more delicate. These are little tricky to prepare without overcooking, but when you get the timing right, they’re terrific.

Watch what you get
I did a drive up order so it was all packaged up. When I opened I had one tiny piece of halibut which was wonderful, but the majority was Talapia like they ran out and substituted but still charged me for all halibut. It was a horrible scrap and I could not serve for dinner guests. I hate to think I canât trust online orders

Outside of the halibut I get right off the dock in Somers Point NJ, this is on par with the best I’ve had. Light and Dark piece, generous fresh portions. Turned out absolutely 5 star meal I enjoyed very much with my family.

Fresh halibut is always a great fish. Nice substance to it and mild taste.
