So addictive and healthy!!
I rarely write reviews, but I love this product so much! It’s a healthy substrate for any flavor you want to add. Craving noodles? The fact that you get 20g of plant protein from this and hardly any carbs is amazing. It’s also a very quick prep option for when you don’t have time to prep a big meal.Easy quick “pasta” recipe:Boil the noodles “al dente” and drainToss 1 tablespoon of butter and chopped garlic and sautee. Add the noodles back. Add: salt, nutritional yeast, crushed red pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and combine with the garlic butter. Serve over your favorite pasta sauce (I love Rao’s Arrabiata) and top with parmesan cheese. Delicious!! Fills you up, gives you energy.Another favorite is an Asian style noodle:Sautee ginger, garlic and chiles. Steam broccoli and bok choy. Combine or stir fry with the noodles. Generously season with: soy sauce, lime juice, mirin. top with peanuts and mung bean sprouts. YUMMMMMSometimes I add tofu or edamame beans to this for extra protein and texture!!Love you Seapoint Farms!! Thank you for providing such a healthy and convenient staple. You make the world a better place.

Love, love, LOVE
I can’t have wheat, potato, corn or rice so this pasta allows me to have linguini! Tastes amazing and I just need to make Alfredo when I make this pasta. Sooo yummy!

Itâs a replacement. Itâs a little rubbery & add olive oil.
I used this with a good east coast arrabiata sauce. The reason I did was, this tastes exactly like what itâs made out of. It was my first time cooking it, and it was kind of rubbery and you had to bite the pasta rather than how normal posts will break fairly easy. Itâs smooth on most of the sides but one side has a jagged edge. You wonât fool anyone but if you have a robust red sauce, it will blend in more. I found that the leftovers tasted better. It absorbed some sauce. Overall, itâs pretty guilt free. We used 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce with 1/2 box of the pasta. If you have a family of 4, Iâd mix a small handful of regular angel hair pasta when the edamame pasta is scheduled to be finished, then cook both until the angel hair is ready. You need to overcook the edamame plus it really clumps together.

more risk than I care for
Product arrived with California Proposition 65 warnings not mentioned in the listing (another review now warns of it but I ordered before that review posted). I sometimes ignore P65 warnings because they are common and not always significant, but a quick web search found filings on the web site of the state of California alleging LEAD was found in this and other Seapoint Farms products. Since this purchase is not eligible for return, I had to just toss it.

Not a good value, as the cost is needlessly high, here (can be obtained elsewhere for far less)
it’s totally my own fault, that i paid way too much for this exact product – that sells elsewhere, for much less. that’s why i have to give THIS DEAL, 3 stars (if i were rating only the product, with no cost factor, it would be a 5).

Nutritious and tasty high protein pasta
Seapoint Farms Organic Edamame Spaghetti is a product of China and a tasty and nutritious vegan pasta. This spaghetti is gluten-free and certified by the American Heart Association as a heart healthy food. This organic edamame pasta is as easy to cook as any other pasta but it is much more nutritious. It holds sauce very well. I have tried it with a variety including traditional tomato spaghetti sauces, my own savory sauces and my favorite Chinese chili crisp. It tastes good with all of them. I definitely plan to try their edamame fettuccine noodles next.
