Asana Moon Self Care & Mindfulness Cards
I ordered Asana Moon Self Care & Mindfulness Cards. I really enjoy these a lot. I pick one everyday and place it on its stand. At first I was doing it for just me, but then I begin sharing it in the common area for everyone before I left work. Did it just unnoticeable at first, but after about 4 days, when I got home, they mentioned they started seeing this and started applying the affirmations, the exercises, the mediation into their daily routine and looked forward to seeing them. So I thought that was pretty cool to hear. These allow you to take a moment out for your busy hectic life and be present and aware of YOU. Take time for yourself, bc in the end, it’s just you.

We all need positive reminders in our life and uplifting encouraging affirmations that help us along in life. These cards give you a variety of different things to focus on, allowing you to touch on many topics in your life. I love the scientific facts along with the spiritual/mental side of it. The cards are beautiful and come in a great box to keep them protected. There is a wooden stand as well that allows you to focus on a card per day, week, or whenever you feel led to pull one out. Great for your self care and also would make an excellent gift. Highly recommend.

Asana Moon 88 Stress Relief & Mindfulness Cards are made up of 7 color coded categories including:Social (Pink)Self-care (Orange)Movement (Yellow)Nature (Green)Sleep (Blue)Mindset (Purple)Mindfulness (Magenta)The cards are printed on a thick quality and lightly laminated card stock. The text of each card for the most part was clear and easy to read. The first lines of the cards (Concept Name) were written in a unique cursive-like script font where certain words were hard to decipher. The manufacturer thoughtfully included what I would call a table of contents as it states each color coded group, every exercise card, and a specific number for each card making it easy to find the card if you want to focus on a specific exercise. The cards are numbered in the upper right hand corner. The face of each card features a unique mantra/affirmation. The back of the card explains how the exercise will help reduce your stress followed by the specific exercise, a tip, what science says, address links to acknowledge/credit articles where the specific statements of what science says originated from, and finishes with an inspirational quote from some recognizable individuals including Audrey Hepburn, Maya Angelou, Robin Williams, Abraham Lincoln, Mark Twain, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, and Pablo Picasso just to name a few. The practices/exercises range from a physical activity including dancing, walking, and yoga, self care including decluttering, listening to music, reading, and taking time out for yourself, mindfulness including gratitude, seeing details in daily activities and things in surrounding nature, and meditation, and even actions to ensure a better night of sleep. The majority of the exercises do not require spending additional money to purchase equipment or services, however, there are a handful of exercises that may require spending money including a visit to an acupuncturist, a massage, and a visit to a sauna. But there are ways to avoid expenditures for two of these including receiving a massage from a trusted loved one or you can give yourself a massage on your hand, arm (s), leg(s), and/or foot/feet, or creating a sauna-like space in your bathroom by just using your shower. The exercises do not require a specific skill or talent and are easy to accomplish. The set also includes a wooden stand which allows you to display a card to encourage a deeper connection while providing a constant reminder. This was the first set of cards that I have received that included this thoughtful piece. The set is placed in a simple cardboard box and can easily be given as a gift of encouragement to a loved one going through a challenging time or as a gift for yourself if you feel stressed and anxious and are looking for ways to feel better. The cards are Designed in Spain and Made in China. Overall, I love this set and have found that it has helped me find a sense of peace and calm when I am feeling stressed out.

Fine if you like affirmations… well made set
I’ll start by saying that these aren’t for me. I practice meditation somewhat regularly, but I’ve never really been into affirmations. If you’re one who needs a daily affirmation reminder, though, this is a rather nice set. The cards are thick and of a much higher quality than I expected. The card stand is functional–I haven’t had any cards fall down as I’ve had them on display, even near open windows.I’m more interested in the scientific tidbits that are printed on the cards. Though not something I need to revisit daily, whenever I’m in a slump and questioning why I’m meditating or what the purpose is, it’s nice to turn to the provable benefits. Even a “bad” meditation session is a useful and beneficial one.Again, not what I was expecting when I ordered these, but the description and images are very clear so I can’t fault the item itself.

Really nice set of cards.
This is a really nice set of cards that give tips on stress management and release. It’s almost like a self help book on stress but broken up into small, easily digestible bits. You can choose to read one card a day or many. You can focus on one thing or many. There’s a lot of good tips and while we all may know some of these things, the act of sitting down to read something that it physically in your hand may help you to actually focus on it more and really receive it. I like that there’s different sections that focus on didn’t areas, too. I find reading one card a day from the section I choose that makes the most sense for me that day works well. This is great for self use but would also make a great gift.
