I was skeptical about this helping because Iâve used several different types of supplements with little help. Letâs be honest I didnât want to spend the money so I was looking for cheaper alternatives. But with nothing else really helping l, I finally purchased it. For me, this has given me so much help. I feel good during the day and my mood and energy level is so much better. It took a couple of weeks for me to really see how much these help. I have also noticed too that if I forget to take it I can tell a difference within a couple hours and I know itâs because I forgot it. Iâm on my second box now and just love the way I feel!

Feel more up and energetic
I tried the regular Serovital for the first time a while back. I had a hard time with the 4 hour window and I wasn’t really noticing a difference so I stopped taking it. Then last month I found the leftover pills and decided to take them correctly this time. Virtually the next day I had more energy and my appetite was less. I ordered another month of Serovital and this time I got the maximum strength with the 2 morning pills and now I’ve just ordered another month. I know I’ve lost a few pounds and I will continue to lose the 10 lbs I’ve been trying to lose for over a year. It’s a slow process but since I’ve been feeling so good, I don’t mind. My cravings are less and I feel full sooner so I’m eating less. It’s working for me.

Excellent Product – But the Packaging? Seriously Absurd!
So far, Iâm feeling noticeably great everyday – which is huge!!!But these individual capsule packets for morning and night are crazy wasteful – a trash nightmare! Why not just load up 3 bottles? Weâre smart enough to follow your dosage instructions!

The pills make you shakey
The 4 yellow pills taken later in the day made me feel awful with shaking and a bloated feeling. After 3 days I quit using. It was like taking a strong diuretic with heartburn. Donât recommend.

Iâve only been taking the supplement for a few weeks and so far have not noticed any difference in my sleep, skin or appetite. The night time yellow pills give me heartburn even after drinking a full glass of water with them. I take the daytime pills with other supplements but must eat something first or will get nauseous.
