Soothing and effective
Using this nightly – helps to eliminate muscle cramps and promotes relaxation. This is my 3rd magnesium spray purchase and with this one I experience very little itching. Will purchase again and I do recommend.

Works better than expected
Someone recommended this product for my hand cramps. The first time I used it my hands did not cramp while working. I sprayed on my feet, arms and hands. I have been taking magnesium and potassium orally, but it doesnât seem to help.

I started using magnesium lotion on my ADHD kidsâ feet to help them fall asleep and sleep more deeply – it really works! However I noticed my son was complaining that it made his feet itch. So we switched to this spray. Thank God we found the spray oil! Not only works better but also much more cost effective for a family of 5 that just needs to sleep!

This product is miraculous. I have told so many people to use it for muscle pain/tightness and sleep. It isn’t oily and doesn’t leave marks on fabric or sheets. After some research, I’m never without it after a workout or deep tissue massage – I bring it and have my therapist spray it on right after my massage to help with any lactic acid build-up. The aloe is soothing and moisturizing.It’s also great for folks who have trouble falling asleep. Spraying it on the soles has helped me fall asleep within 20-30 minutes instead of rolling around for an hour to relax. I’ve added some lavender oil for the calming effect. Great product. I give it as a gift to friends!

Will leave a residue on hands
I honestly donât feel a difference yet but plan to continue to use for my foot spasms and cramps. I also get Charlie horses very often and will try it for that too.I found it a little on the expensive side but I hope itâs worth it in the end.No real smell to me, texture is a little sticky on hands after spraying it where you want it you are supposed to rub it in.

Questa cura verrà integrata con massaggi a base di questo olio, quindi si vedrà nel tempo. Per ora posso dire che la spedizione Prime è stata ineccepibile, il giorno stesso dell’ordine ho ricevuto un ebook con le indicazioni relative all’olio e consigli vari (56 pagg.) e a metterlo sulla pelle non irrita nè dà prurito. Tried out of desperation and was pretty dubious, especially when it did sting (as warned by instructions). It is pesky to use as I have very sensitive skin and need to wash off after 1/2 and hour. Some days I can spray it all over, other times it stings more and can only use on feet and lower legs. BUT for me THE RESULTS ARE FANTASTIC! Struggled with twichting feet and terrible leg cramps for over 3 years. Despite previously being a heavy sleeper, my body is now trained to fly out of bed to move around as soon as the cramps start so I am usually avoiding the terrible pain of shin and small calf muscles or full thigh cramps that are so hard to relieve and leave me sore and ‘bruised’ sometimes for days, but still having to get up and walk about for 1/2 an hour or more in the middle of the night is not great. Add to that my feet ‘twitching’ and keeping me awake as I drop off my sleep has been bad. GPs had me on antidepressants and then SSRI’s for tiredness and headaches as well as some courses of steroids. Sure they have their place, but they made me very ill with bleeding tummy, ulcers etc. Thanks to this spray, my sleep is much improved. Don’t use EVERY night, but some times when I have missed it out I will be up in the night, I then apply it and get better sleep for the remaining night! Only once am I aware of having to reapply during the night. It is expensive, but as I can now look to getting back to work, it is worth it for me!

I had been suffering with sciatica for six months and had spent a fortune on physiotherapy/osteopathy. Although it was gradually improving, I had still had some really bad days and was desperately searching the internet for anything to help.
