By far the worst!
Upon arrival the edges were not fully done and strings were loose. Decided to keep it because with my new puppy didnât have time to get another one. A week later one of the plastic rods inside broke! A week after that the top zipper got stuck and no longer worked.BY FAR THE WORST!Wish I could return it and get my money back

Two missing features.
I love this carrier, but it lacks two basic features. #1. Shoulder strap. #2. Internal harness clip. Why would Sherpa not add these basic features to all their carriers?

Perfect for a small dog or kitty!
This carrier is awesome for traveling! I have a travel kitty that I let free roam in the vehicle and we keep the carrier in a collapsed state for emergency. It’s compact when collapsed and has a very comfy pad in the bottom that is removable or laundering.
