I have granny arms excuse them I’m old lol at the top of my fat arms are “16” I took a chance knowing they would be snug & the they work well I’m bedridden with a bad back & often I’m on my left elbow the reason it’s rolling down in pic is cuz I went above the size but it proves it fits up to upper arms of “16 despite rolling down a lil the pad & bottom band stays in place if its wear where it rolls I’ll jus flip it around & adjust it very good protection from a raw elbow it’s also light weight & airy comfy large aray of versatile colors cuz us elders don’t care for white or beige wearables they came in a pack of 2 under 10$ all the reviews were on point i took a chance & now my elbow has padding & despite being in bed im unable to walk much these will spare me in band aides wraps & tape I highly recommend it your on your elbow if it’s strained or raw im wearing it right now love it since they came in 2 & I only have one bad elbow so these will stand the test of time!

Updated review: turns out I am infact allergic to the elastic which doesn’t surprise me as I’m allergic to the elastic in what was my favorite pair of socks, have yet to pin point what it’s allergic too (keep getting distracted when I try to find it, it’s my bad) but either way I took my boyfriend to the Dr and the the Dr saw the rash on the inside of my elbows and prescribed me cream for it and said I’m definitely allergic to them, thought maybe it was from not washing them before using them, so washed them, but still got the rashOriginal reviewI work at a packaging plant and have hit my elbows on so many corners I have developed tennis elbow due to the traumaI tried a tennis elbow band but I can’t find one that fits my needs so I decided to try theseMy complaint, they came as smalls and I am 5 ft 7 in 300 lbs……..luckily my arms are not as big as others my size, but I think I’d prefer a med sizeThey did slide on easy and the first half of my 8 hour shift they fit comfortably…..but they became more and more unbearable to wear during the 2nd halfI was finally just pulling them off cause I couldn’t tolerate them anymore, that’s when my replacement came to relieve me so I could leaveI wore them under my smockI wear a size 2x smock,to be honest it is a little small as I cannot buckle the lower portion as my booty gets in the wayI was afraid these would be too big to fit under my smock but I couldn’t even tell they were there size wise. I know the biggest difference between the size 3 x and 2 x smocks is that the size 3 x smocks arms are so spacious I can roll them up above my elbows but with the 2 x the sleeves are narrow and I can’t even roll them off to the 3/4 sleep length so I was very surprised it allowed the pads beneath themI have extra sensitive skin and one of my arms has a rash after removing it. This rash is wear it rolled up on itselfAnd it itches like crazyI also have sensitivies to socks, bandaids, and most adhesives so I’m not surprised my skin is irritated. I am not allergic to latex and never had an issue with latex, I tend to have reactions to non latex items thoughI do not recall hitting my elbows at all last night

As I’m getting older I’m finding that my skin is loosing collagen especially in the arms. I need to protect my elbows from unexpected knocks which result in bruising & sometimes bleeding. These elbow pads are comfortable & are the perfect answer! Rinses out, drips dry, valve for money.

I used these for two days and all the padding squashed out to the sides in rock hard lumps. Absolute waste of money, don’t buy.
