My sourdough loaf didn’t stick or burn at all even though I forgot to put flour under it. This sling is amazing! I can’t say much about how long it lasts because I’ve had it a short time. It’s easy to clean and store. The handles are a great addition to get my bread out of my dutch oven without burning myself

Worked great on my first loaf of sourdough when I took it out of the oven, but not the 2nd. It ripped right off when I was lifting this loaf out of the Dutch oven.
