Works like magic for cat pee
My cat peed on my sofa and even after professionally cleaning it, the smell was still there. I sprayed this as instructed on the bottle, left it for 24h and the smell was 90% gone!!!! I am so impressed! Nothing we tried worked, we spent a lot of money with a professional cleaner and the solution was only 8 dollars. Great!!!

Feel confident buying this one
I have tried a lot of enzymatic cleaners for animal messes, but nothing really works well. Even soaking the entire carpet in vinegar and letting air dry did not remove the odor. I tried this on a whim, not expecting it to work. I sprayed it on a small area where I saw a kitten urinate, let it air dry and went back the following day and the odor was completely gone! Now I use it first on any animal accidents. The triple action spray nozzle is also pretty handy to have!

Product Great; Packaging doesnât match
The product itself is amazing. Iâve a very sensitive nose and this destroyed the cat urine smell. HOWEVER, the nozzle advertised (both in the post and on the bottle itself) does not match the nozzle it came equipped with. Mine just has the usual âsprayâ and âoffâ.

It works!
I have an old dining room table chair out in my garage that I sit on when I go smoke. My cat likes to spend most of his time in our garage. One day for whatever reason he decided to pee right on my darn chair. It was super gross and needed cleaned. I jumped online to find an affordable solution to help me clean my chair properly. I ended up finding this stuff, it arrived immediately. I followed the directions and am happy to report my chair is now clean. It no longer smells and my cat hasn’t even so much as sat in the chair since using this product. I am thoroughly impressed! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews unless something really wows me. This stuff works and is affordable. If you have an issue similar to mine don’t hesitate to buy a bottle of this stuff. It will get the job done!

It works, but sometimes the cure is worse than the disease…
Firstly, let me say that this product seems to work. It leaked significantly in transit, and I used a cat-stained pillowcase to wipe off the bottle and the packaging before returning it. The good news is that the pillowcase no longer smells of cat pee.The bad news is that it now reeks of the product’s synthetic fragrance, which turns out to be a migraine trigger for me. I’ve put that pillowcase through the washing machine three times now with various odour eliminators, and the scent is still there. So while Simple Solution’s spray seems to have done the job (the scent isn’t masking the cat odour, as far as I can tell), the pillowcase is still unusable due to the persistent and pungent perfumes in the product.[EDIT: So, after six months of washing the pillowcase whenever I had space in a load, it’s finally free of the product fragrance. It turns out, though, that a slight cat odour persisted underneath the spray’s scent, and remains on the pillowcase. That could well be because the fabric wasn’t completely saturated by the product when I cleaned up the leak, however. So I continue to believe that Simple Solution’s spray works pretty well, even though it was definitely not for me. – March 2013]Unfortunately I was sitting on my couch when I opened the box, and some of the product leaked onto that, resulting in the same problem – multiple vinegar rinses and a wet-dry vac later, I can sit on that end of the couch for short periods without my head starting to pound. But that’s a lot of work for a small leak!So while this product appears to shift odours, it’s a risky proposition for anyone with chemical sensitivities, migraines, or other intolerances.Finally, as I said in the first line, the product leaked when Amazon sent it to me. The first time they sent it out, this spray was packaged up with an order of books (despite their claiming those would ship separately); unsurprisingly, the books were water-damaged and reeked of this stuff! I sent the whole lot back since the spray bottle seemed to have lost a fair amount, and they sent me a replacement bottle – which also leaked! Best Iâve ever used
Completely removed the smell from my mattress. My daughter has a cat that pees on beds multiple times for a a day or two when heâs throwing a tantrum. In addition to buying a waterproof mattress cover I decided to try this. I did 2-3 rounds of this on the mattress and the smell is COMPLETELY gone. Only problem was the foam function on my bottle didnât work. But this product is now my go to.

Best pet stain spray on the market!
Living in a home with several cats often means lots of smelly messes. From barf to pee spots, there is always something to clean up. This is my go to spray for all things cat mess. It really does seem to get working right away to break down any stains and leaves clean up so much easier. When I use this, I never have any staining left on rugs from cat barf.I havenât had a cat with a pee issue in years but when I did, I also used this stuff to treat the spots before putting a rug in the wash or to help prevent further marking.This stuff really does it all and the fresh smell is pleasant but not overwhelming! Love it! Only product line I will use.

No Luck With This Product
My cat was pregnant, gave birth, and had to wait 3 months to be spayed. During this time she kept marking in the garage with urine and then later, when she became territorial of the garage with my two other cats, started defecating as well. She was spayed and rehomed due to her aggression with the other cats (donât worry, sheâs super happy being the only cat in her new home) but her daughter who went into heat at 7 months started marking the same spot with urine and feces. I constantly clean the area as instructed by the bottle and she continues to mark there with feces. Then she soiled on a mattress in the garage and I tried to treat the smell with the enzyme spray and the smell is still lingering and strong despite following instructions. She was spayed last week and marked the spot with feces once again so my solution to was to simply put her litter box where the spot is. That seemed to work last night but Iâm afraid it wonât be a permanent solution. Try some other brand. This one didnât work for me.

So last year during renovations a ‘designer’ talked my Dad into wall to wall cream shag carpets. We have two cats, one who is quite elderly and prone to hairballs and having accidents (including, occasionally, the runny brown kind). I’ve been using this stuff with the help of a Bissel brand Little Green Machine (portable carpet cleaner, bought at costco, highly recommend for pet stains!) for the past few months. I have pulled some horrific stains out of those ridiculous cream carpets, even managed to get up a few set in stains that Nature’s miracle brand carpet cleaner left behind. I can’t say whether or not this stuff prevents re-marking in cats with that problem, but it works on stains.It it absolutely KEY that you blot, DO NOT SCRUB, when using this product. Scoop up any ‘debris’, saturate the stain, blot with a paper towel, saturate stain again, let sit to allow product to work, blot again with something absorbent. At that point I use my carpet spot cleaner to get the product out of the carpet, and tada, no more stain. And I find the vanilla smell of this product much more pleasant than other strong floral scents, but that’s personal preference I suppose.
