The quality of the food product.
The quality of this product has diminished. My family members have purchased the roast pistachios many times. I just purchased and received a second two-pound bag this week. The company lived up to its name in the past, but this batch is horrible. The pistachios are miniature and tasteless. The smaller ones are hard and hard to chew, and others just a little bigger are soft and stagnant. This pistachio’s quality is the total opposite of what is advertised on the bag they come in. All in all, they are insipid junk. This item isn’t eligible for return.

Got this to make pistachio butter with, turned out very tasty. Nice light roast, great value for size, easy to open and reseal. Taste was not as fresh as freshly shelled pistachios but the convenience was nice. However, I did find small pieces of shells in the package, and subsequently also in my nut butter. A bit annoying when itâs not something that can be chewed.
