After using this ampoule daily for over four months, I’m disappointed with its lack of results. Having used a number of other SKIN1004 products and found them to be effective, I expected this product per the package claims to 1) improve the hydration of my skin due to the inclusion of centella asiatica and niacinamide – which it did; 2) reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation due to the inclusion of tranexamic acid, madecassoside, and niacinamide – which it absolutely did not; 3) “brighten” my skin due to the inclusion of niacinamide and 3-0-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid – which it absolutely did not; 4) calm redness and irritation due to the inclusion of centella asiatica and niacinamide – which could not be proven as my skin barrier was fully intact when I began using the product.The ampoule comes in a generous, clear glass (not plastic, as some reviews claim) bottle that clocks in at a huge 3.38 ounces – more than triple the size of any serum I’ve ever purchased. It’s truly a bargain. The method of delivery is a dropper that “squishes” against an inner tube in the bottle when removed to maximize removal of the product and ensure as little of the serum as possible is exposed to the air.The ampoule is a thick syrup that is about the viscosity and, unfortunately, feel of light corn syrup. Suspended in the ampoule are thousands of white capsules filled with madecassoside. When dispensed, these capsules break readily without much pressure or effort.I use the ampoule in my morning routine on very damp, freshly cleansed skin that has perhaps been prepped with a glycolic toner. Since the ampoule is extremely sticky, I do not use a cleanser or toner that has a residue. I dispense three (just three!) drops of the ampoule in one hand and rub my hands briskly together to break up the madecassoside capsules. Then, I pat the ampoule on my very damp face.Here’s where it gets tricky…and tacky. Regardless of how damp my dace was pre-ampoule, whether I used a toner or applied it to bare skin, whether I allow the ampoule to remain damp or to fully dry before applying moisturizer, or which moisturizer I use, MY FACE WILL ALWAYS BE SO, SO STICKY. I have combo/dry, mature skin, and this tacky feeling lasts the entire day until I wash my face in the evening. In fact, my face has become oilier than normal when using this ampoule. It causes an unholy, disgusting mess under sunscreen and cosmetics.If the ampoule functioned as promised I could forgive the issues with product consistency and application. Now, I’m stuck (get it?) with two thirds of a bottle of product that I no longer wish to use. Maybe I’ll ask the social media influencers who convinced me to buy it in the first place if they could use a refill…

Una maravilla la centella asiática, he comprado el suero amarillo y este y ya los dos me los estoy acabando, puedo decir que son excelentes productos, me han aclarado mucho la piel, quitado manchas y hasta mi problema de dermatitis me quitó el suero amarillo
