WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?!?! Amazingly good, like cup of soup dupe but even better (low sod)
WOW WoW WOw! I am in love with this Skinny cup of soup. It is SO good. Let me list all the reasons why I am impressed and love this beyond measure.–OK, so these noodles are perfect. SUCH a good mouth feel. Better than any noodle of any sort I have ever had in a soup, especially instant soup. Really good texture. More robust than raman, but not rubber band like a lot shirataki noodles (I wouldnt know it was shirataki/konjac). I already like shiritaki noodles of all sorts, but I still expected a mediocre taste and texture. This product blows my mind. Not only is it the best shiritaki product I have ever had (and I have had lots over the past 15 years), it is also an excellent “cup of soup” dupe.–taste is just so good, so comforting, so very lovely on a freezing cold afternoon. Great alone, or as a snack. It isn’t just good “for a skinny soup”. It is simply really good (to me). I am a volume eater, and was looking for a good quick soup that wasn’t packed with sodium. I found that with this.– JUST 80 mg sodium. HOW IS THAT POSSOBLE? This tastes like full salt. Is it truly, really this low in salt? I legit checked the package 3x to make sure I wasn’t missing seeing a third number in there. VERY IMPRESSED. I swear I am skeptical.– And I CAN TASTE VEGETABLES!! Has an al dante vibe. Real veggies. Small flakes, but real none the less. I bit into a piece ofvegetable and recognized it as celery.–I’m no vegan, not even vegetarian, but I am stoked that this does not contain animal products. It does not contain chicken.. yet tastes like chicken broth.–FIBER! It has 7 grams of fiber. That’s great!–NO added sugar. 7 grams of carbs come strictly from the fiber, 2 grams of protein, 0.5 grams fat, 80 mg sodium, and just 70 calories..–BEST YET?! IT IS FILLING! This is a pricy cup of soup, but it is generously sized. The noodles fill up nearly the whole cup. They did not skimp on noodles, veggies, or broth.–super easy to make. The noodles are in their own bag. I am used to draining & rinsing shirataki noodles because of the odd/off flavor, but I did not notice any weird smell. So one cup I made by draining/rinsing bag first, the second time, I just dumped it into the cup. Either way is totally fine. Next, add the packets of dried vegetables and broth powder. Add boiling water. DONE! Now enjoy. If you want even more broth, pour this into a bigger bowl. Comes with a SPORK! seriously.. WHAT IS THIS SORCERY???Full rating for its amazingness. I dont rate on price (we all have different budgets, values, needs) and I do find it pricey at $5 a cup. I would eat this daily, and will somehow find a way to buy this regularly. Would be nice to see a subscribe and save option, or priced closer to $4, or maybe make it an 8 pack. I think price will deter some buyers. I happened to buy it on a whim (really wanted some healthy soup that didnt require me to always make from scratch). SO GLAD I DID, it is the best thing I have purchased (hence not scoffing too much at price). I will buy this again. Adding more to my cart right now!PS. Says gluten free, and I imagine there is a classification for what can be considered gluten free. This says there is less than 20 ppm. Just like how something can still have fat but be considered low fat so long as it has less than a certain amount per serving (same goes for classifications for low sodium etc). So know what your threshold for gluten as this contains a hint of it.

The best ‘skinny’ noodles I have eaten! Indeed, they are magic!
As another reviewer said “What sorcery is this?” They are spot on. I almost never leave glowing reviews. The taste is on point, bits of veggies which make it nice, noodles are slightly rubbery, but they are like rice noodles just a little undone. This is perfect as a replacement meal if you are dieting – or add some veggies if you need something more but it is filling all by itself. Lower sodium, super low calories, high in fiber, and vegan. It takes anything but low sodium – this is full flavor. I did cheat and added about a 1/2 teaspoon of hot chili oil that I love on ramen and that made it perfect for me. I do wish the price was cheaper, but considering how many of us have spent money on dieting foods that we actually unhealthy and unhelpful to dieting, I will not complain too loudly. It fills a nice spot in winter as a soup to keep you warm and full. Light enough in calories to count as a snack, and is so much nicer than a meal replacement shake. So to the company – keep up the good work and keep putting out good products like this. I am a real customer now.

It is what it is I guess
Its definitely better then plain konjac noodles I have tried and no fishy smell to speak of but at the same time this is not ramen noodles. It is very salty to taste but at only 80 mg of sodium a serving and 70 calories great chicken flavor and bigger portions then real cup ramen noodles. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to keep some kind of trace of ramen in there diet while at the same time losing weight too. They are very expensive but there are other websites that offer them at a discount if you Google the brand name. Thank you for your time. Have a great day.

My favorite low calorie, low carb snack
I wish they carried these in stores nearby, I run out taste! They are a tad on the salty side but I just use part of the packet, the taste is great!

OMG Yucky.
The chicken soup version was great but the tomato version was so foul and weird tasting I had to brush my teeth. Do NOT buy the tomato one.

Almost right.
This noodle soup is filling and appropriate for a light meal.Unfortunately, it has one major problem; there is WAY TOO MUCH SALT! One serving provides 100% of the daily recommended amount of sodium. It also makes the flavor extremely salty. I made it in the provided cup. Perhaps, the overly salty flavor problem could be improved by using more water in a larger container, then splitting the product into two servings. Still, even then one cup of soup would provide 50% of recommended daily sodium.Unless this situation is corrected, I won’t purchase the product again.

I Agree, best and only Keto Noodles!
My favorite carb is ramen noodles. So when I heard of these, I didn’t hesitate. There’s no fishy taste like I guess some other Shirataki products, easy to fix and the only problem I had was they’re a little spicy. So I’m wondering if that is the soup base or the veggie packet? In any case I followed someone else’s suggestion and I made them in a bowl this time that holds more water than the cup the noodles come in and they came out perfectly and not as spicy this time. I do think I might add a little more chicken flavor next time. But I just had them with chicken stir fry and it was a perfect meal, all Keto I don’t understand what some called the rubbery noodles. Mine had no rubbery consistency, just a regular noodle, so maybe those people overcooked their Ramen or their cup of noodles? And I might try a little extra water too to tone down the spiciness of the flavor. But I’m very happy with this and it’s worth the price tag to have noodle soup for lunch! No carbs!
