a Peel ing
This peel works great and for the price is a bargain. My only issue was, one of the nuts to assemble it was smaller than the other two. Fortunately, I have a collection of small metric screws and nuts, so I didn’t have to visit my local hardware.

Good but could be improved
The size and handle were perfect, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately as someone else noted there were no instructions, I assembled the handle partially then realized that it went the other way. My aluminum peel was covered in sharp burrs from the stamping process, and despite it’s thickness was just a tad floppy.If the aluminum were the same gage stainless steel and burrs were adressed at the factory it would be perfect. As is it was a good value (on sale).

Good however…
Due to the short length of the handle it can be used only in the middle position of a house oven, I assume it’s okay on a pizza oven, but if your pizza goes on the lowest shelf the oven door will be in the way.This problem is made worse by the fact that the peel it’s very thick, and the edge doesn’t have a slope so while it’s a very sturdy and big peel, it doesn’t make it easy to slide the pizza in.
