I did not work for me, it didn’t stop the snoring, it didn’t lighten it slightly per my spouse.

Tried this for a couple weeks and saw no improvement. It does make the inside of my nose sore too. I think they just aren’t quite the right size. I do like that there are multiple sets in their own cases, but they just don’t work.

Mediocre effectiveness
The product tends to fall out of your nose when sleeping and has a slight discomfort as if you had to clean your nose out or something. Unsure about effectiveness of these as it could be just the sleeping position preventing snoring.
