Surprisingly good quality
I wanted to try these out because I snore. They are very sticky and strong, stay in thru the night. I I use an alcohol wipe to clean my nose and then place them. I will definitely buy again.

Opens up airways
These nose strips are effective. They fit well across my above average nose and definitely opened up my airways. This is advertised as being for sensitive skin and I have sensitive skin, but I’m not sure how sensitive my nose gets. It’s very very sticky so be careful when removing it. I didn’t have any issues but I was momentarily worried that I was going to remove a layer of skin in the morning. I won’t remove it dry again. Also took some trial and error centering it on my nose, which you definitely want to do. If it’s too over on one side, the ends will poke into your nostrils a bit.

I did not need them for snoring, but every night my I have problems breathing from my nose. It was suggested that I try something like this, but I thought they were too expensive for something that might not work. Well, when I saw this offer come up, I had to try it. I am so glad that I did because they really did help to open up my nostrils, allowing me to breath better. The strips themselves are decent sized, and sticky enough to stay put, but easy enough to remove in the morning. I have very sensitive skin, and these did not bother me. I will be buying these again, for sure. Needless to say, whether for a snoring issue or just breathing issues, I would definitely recommend trying.

When my husband wears these he doesn’t snore. That alone is enough for a 5 star review, lol. I have also found that these are helpful in times were you have a stuffy nose. Recently my family had covid and we all ended up wearing these to bed because they helped us breath better. They are comfortable to wear, easy to remove and easy to apply. The box includes 50 individually wrapped nose strips so for the price this is a good deal.
