Sleep patch
Some nights it is easy to fall asleep but staying asleep is the issue. When using the sleeping patch I noticed that it helped me stay asleep. The patch is easy to apply and the smell of the mint is very relaxing and allows you to fall asleep faster. The patch does not hurt taking off though the glue is really sticky using warm water may help. It does take some time for the patch to kick in that is why it is recommended to be put on 1-2 hours before heading to bed for best use. Overall I enjoyed the sleep patch and would recommend getting it if you have trouble staying asleep.

Either my mouth is too big or the sleep patch is too small, but I’m betting on the latter.Totally unusable for a male (or perhaps other) with a mustache & beard.Don’t waste your money! Patch is not much larger than a postage stamp!

Do these patches really work?
I really enjoyed the effectiveness of each patch. They worked as advertised and did not make you drowsy in the morning. I would definitely recommend these to help One sleep better.

Initially, they worked for me
These patches are easy to apply and wear while sleeping, very thin. I have now worn them for weeks and can say while they initially helped me fall asleep they did not keep me asleep. I continued to toss and turn and wake in the middle of the night as I always have. Also, Valerian has mixed results as a natural sleep aid and over time, your body can get used to it and it no longer is as effective.

All I can say is WOW.
I’ve tried many other products to help me sleep for many years. The last one’s were gummies but they were causing my blood pressure to go sky high. I started looking for a product that contained no chemicals and this one fit the bill. They are easy to apply. Make sure the area has no oil or dirt before applying. It says to apply one or two hours before you plan to sleep. One hour before sleep did not work for me. But two hours was the magic number for me. I can say it has caused me to have some vivid dreams. All which I can remember in details. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not. But it helped me sleep. The first couple of nights of using the patches, I woke up many times during the night. But now it’s only once after using a whole week.. This product is the real deal! I wish it was a bit cheaper in price and package size though. Give it a try cause it does work.

Ripped skin
I used three patches. I placed one on my chest when I went to bed and took it off in the morning. It ripped of my skin and left a red mark on my chest for a few days. I placed the patch on the inside of my arm the next night and it did the same thing. I waited a few days and tried it again on the same arm. It tipped my skin again. I still have the red mark two weeks later. I do not recommend using them.

Wanted to use this product for at least a week so that I can give an honest review. I have actually been using for about 12 days now and I am extremely impressed!I have suffered like many, with very poor sleep, waking up every couple of hours and taking forever to get back to sleep. It has literally been years since I had a restful, deep nights sleep where I didnât wake up multiple times during the night.I have tried every product known to man, and even though they may have helped, a good nights sleep still eluded me.This product is easy to use, doesnât irritate my skin and stays on all night long. While I still wake up during the night, it has been cut down by over half and that is huge for me! When I do wake up, I am able to fall back to sleep quickly.This product is a definite part of my daily night routine and I couldnât be happier with the results Iâve received, so far!
