    Get’s the job done!
When I lay down gravity does its job and partially closes my nasal passages. This results in me wanting to breath through my mouth when I sleep. I did not have an issue with actual snoring, but I did breath loudly through my mouth which would occasionally interrupt my wife’s sleep. I have had no issues since I have been using the BreathRights.I began using cone shaped nose vents around five years ago which did a good job, but no matter which variation you get, the cone type designs tend to fall out during the night. These SleepRight breathe aids stay in well. I have never had them fall out after over a year of usage. The worst I have encountered is one side popping out. They also do a better job at widening my passages allowing easier breathing.Although they cost more, they last much longer than indicated on the box. I clean mine with soap and water after each use and also with alcohol weekly and they hold up well. Although, they do lose their elasticity over time, I get 5-6 months out of them and possibly longer in some cases. As for comfort, they are not bad at all. I push them in as far as they will go and occasionally, like every couple of months or so, I will get some mild irritation. Then I flip them around and use them the opposite way and that usually allows the irritation to go away. Or, I will use my older cone vents for a few days max, until the irritation is gone, but they are not as effective (and safe, see below). The BreatRights can be a bit tricky to get in place. I always run some water on mine prior to inserting and that helps a lot. But, they are still a bit tricky sometimes; even after using them for a year I occasionally run into some minor difficulties but always get them to situated properly. And, since they are manufactured and packaged in the USA, you can have some confidence as to the quality of materials used to make them. That is the main reason I stopped using the other nose vents. Most were manufactured in a country known for mis-labeling, making false claims, and in some cases, using dangerous chemicals or processes in the goods that they sell. For something that you are placing in your sinuses daily, you need to be confident that you are not absorbing dangerous chemicals or who knows what.Overall, these are the best nasal dialaters I have used and I recommend them.

    Not real comfortable
These take a little getting used to. I should probably wear my CPAP mask but struggle with that. These little bands do help open my nostrils. I can add Vicks to help clear my passages, but don’t get it on the bands or they struggle to stay in due to the slick ointment. They are a little firm, but that seems to be required to expand the nostrils. I have to readjust them several times during the night to make sure they stay in my nose. This is a user preference item you will ether tolerate or hate. I have adjusted and use them every night.

    Almost perfect
I was actually surprised that these “nose expanders” work! They make breathing through the nose a lot easier and more efficient, especially when I wake up with a stuffy nose. They’re easy to use, sometimes I prefer to put them upside down, they work either way. It’s all a matter of personal preference. But after wearing them for a few hours, they start to irritate my septum, so I have to take it out. For that reason, I don’t wear them to bed, usually just for a few hours in the mornings. They do work great though, I feel like I’m getting double the amount of oxygen when I have this gizmo in my nose!

    Work great, a bit painful
These things work. You can breathe at night with them. It completely stopped my husband’s snoring. They’re awesome. Neither of us have any problems with them popping out during the middle of the night. The downside is that if you have a small nose, these things are going to hurt so bad. I have a fairly average nose width and its rough after wearing it for a couple hours, let alone 8. The inside of my nose is so unhappy, almost feels bruised. I can only imagine how terrible this would feel on a narrow nose. They should make different width sizes. That said, I will continue to wear them once every few days or so because they really do give me such a good night’s rest with easy breathing and that makes them all the more worth it.

    Great product
Bought these and glad I did, no more buying nasal strips. Makes breathing flow easier. Comfortable and easy to use.

For sleep-septum issues, a great solution
When sleeping on my right side, my nostril seems to close, but this opens the channel so I can breathe and sleep better. It says they are good for 10 or 15 uses, but honestly, I clean them and use them indefinitely. I just bought a new set for an upcoming high-altitude trek. I find these essential when acclimating to high altitude. I might even try them while hiking. A wonderful invention, if they work for you.

    Painful
Definitely was a little uncomfortable but got through it the first few nights because I thought they were great until about the second or third night trying to sleep with it and severely irritated my septum which is still healing about 5 days later. This is with following the suggestions from other comments, putting a liberal amount of Aquaphor on it before putting it in.

    Works for me
My experience with my nose. These things make a huge difference to my breathing. Felt like I almost blew my lungs up first time I took a breath after putting them in. I am used to pulling hard and these make it so much easier to breath. My nostrils got a little sore after a few hours but it turns out it wasn’t quite straight maybe. Re-situated and no issues. Glad I purchased. It’s been over a week of wear and the first one is going strong. Again, your mileage may vary, but for me, they work very well.
