These work!!
These nasal inserts are flexible and totally keep the nostril open. They are comfortable and gentle to the nose. They do not interrupt any sleep. I always keep one or two at my bedside for the times I need them. They are SO MUCH easier and work better than the strips.

Stinks and Does Not Work as Described
It does not work as described and pictured, although I could sometimes shove one into a nostril and it would fold and twist-up in a way to open the nostril a little bit and provide some increased airflow. It also smells horrible, not at all like lavender or chamomile, and I don’t know what yiang yiang is but I guess it must smell bad. I did my best to wash the smell off, but that didn’t work well.My nose is about average size & shape, and in fact somewhat like the picture in the listing. The strip that connects the two rings is too short to allow a ring to be place in each nostril as described. I could barely get them into the very edge of the nostril, and since that area is sensitive to itches and tickles, it was very uncomfortable. And it would take about 10-15 minutes of effort to try to get them in place properly, and even then I only succeeded once, and by that time I was wide awake and frustrated, and it fell out soon anyway. The loops are also too soft to stay in a ring shape and open the nostril much, or at all. It is very soft material so it would be more comfortable than some similar devices if it could be inserted property and keep it’s shape. I pulled them apart (broke the connecting strip) so I could try to insert a ring and push it into the nostril more as the directions describe, but it is too soft to hold a ring shape as I pushed it in, and it always folded up and/or twisted the wrong direction. A few times I did get it to fold and twist into a place where it helped improve airflow, but that took a lot of time, and luck, and still didn’t stay in place well.

An experiment that worked
I have recently started chasing after a good night sleep as though my wellbeing depends on it. I had been experiencing a lot of fatigue and low energy. I tried these on a fluke and voila! They help me sleep more deeply, comfortably and through the night.I liked the concept of inserting a dilator into each nostril that I could safely remove the next day. I won’t say it was “love” at first try, but once I got each dilator inserted comfortably, I could breathe freely in a way I never could before. I had to tweak the position a couple times until I discovered how far up it had to be placed in each nostril. I have had a chronically stuffy nose since childhood. Maybe it’s allergies or deviated septum…who knows? These Sleepwell inner nasal dialators work so well for me. I love the lavender too. The essential oil essense is an added plus and has a calming effect. I feel so happy going to bed now.

Can’t sleep without them!
I have a deviated septum which causes difficulty breathing through my nose. Unfortunately, I’ve never been a mouth breather and can’t stand the thought of surgery. I decided to look for something that could help and stumbled upon these. I’m very happy with them and on my second purchase. Now that I can breathe through my nose again, I’m back to sleeping we’ll.

Too small
I was excited to find these on Amazon again. There was a similar product by a different brand that I used to use for sleep apnea. I didn’t see a size on the packaging but I was optimistic these were going to work as well as the other ones. The packaging was very similar to the other brand that I can no longer find on Amazon. When I got it, they were not individually wrapped, which I felt like that was a good thing because it was less waste. But unfortunately they were very small and did not open my nasal passages at all. It has no effect on keeping my nasal passages open. I woke up congested. And I felt like they might fall out while I was asleep. I reviewed the box to see if there was a size but I did not see it on the box.

Works great for my deviated septum
For years I could only sleep turned on one side and now I can sleep turned on either side comfortably. They’re very comfortable to where I always forget to take them out in the morning. You do have to fidget with them a little to get them to sit right in your nose when you put them in. The way I can tell they’re sitting right is when I can breathe clearly through my nose. Since they only come in one size, I guess you have to get lucky with the size of your nose and the amount of opening you need. I’m thrilled with this product and hope they continue to make them for a long time to come.

Uncomfortable and did not help
Heavily scented with lavender and made it difficult to fall asleep. It was more comfortable the first day using than any other day. The package has all the same size so Iâm not sure whatâs different to not make using them desirable.

This product is amazing. It really works, stops snoring. The lavender smell is wonderful. The product is clear so it is unnoticeable. And comfortable to wear. I sleep well using this product.
