Ivory Teff
Teff is high in resistant starch, a newly-discovered type of dietary fiber that can benefit blood-sugar management, weight control, and colon health. It’s estimated that 20-40% of the carbohydrates in teff are resistant starches. A gluten-free grain with a mild flavor, teff is healthy and versatile.
Millet
Millet is rich in minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and selenium as well as essential vitamins like folate, pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, and vitamins B6, C, E, and K.

Dark chocolate brownies are loved by the whole family!
“I will admit I was hesitant in making this but boy was I wrong. I followed the directions as written, but I used Ghee instead of the oil and I added glazed pecans on the top. They were outstanding!! Normally the rest of my family won’t touch my “healthy” desserts. Tonight they all ate them and were asking for more.”

“Finally, a gluten-free dessert that both my wife and I can enjoy! My wife is GF and I am most definitely not. Thus, we often cannot enjoy desserts together. I just can’t get past the gritty taste of most GF options. These brownies, however, are delicious! If I hadn’t read GF on the bag, I wouldn’t have even known. We added chocolate chips to ours to make them even more moist and fudgy. Top marks for flavor!”

Flavor good bad results
I followed the directions on the package and couldn’t get them out of the pan and they were flat.
Don’t know what went wrong do not look like the picture on the package

Not bad brownies
I bought these so I could make vegan brownies for a friend of mine! I used coconut oil in mine, but they didn’t turn out as fudgy as when I made Ghiradelli box brownies. They were pretty chocolatey but definitely were missing some kind of kick – maybe I should have added walnuts or something. They still felt kind of dry, texture-wise, but my friend was happy!
