Super Easy and Turns out Great
It was easy to make. I added to the top prior to baking some more dried rosemary, sliced olives and sliced sun dried tomatoes. It rose about 2 inches. It was crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I dipped it in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It was a great treat and would work great for a sandwich.

Made it for a pot luck get together. One of my friends is gluten free. She appreciated the effort of my food choice and it worked well for the group too!! Everyone said it was delicious. I added all the topping extras before baking.

Easy and delicious
I love this product! I have made it many times its easy and you can top it with so many delicious things. My favorite is fresh rosemary sprigs and kalamata olives. But is also great with a drizzle of olive oil and coarse sea salt. The flavor and texture is like eating regular fococcia, even my non gluten free friends love it. Thank you Snacktivist!

not _quite_ tasteless
howdy y’all,this product has several problems …- requires 90f-100f area for risingdunno about y’all, but i keep my house well below 90f. [*grin*] i had to heat up the oven, wait for it to kool [120f minimum setting], and then let the dough rise.- the instructions say it will pour like pancake batter, but it was far too thick for thati double checked the water amount – it was correct, but the “batter” was thick and did NOT pour.- instructions says to poke “olive oil dimples” but never mention when or how much to apply that stuffother focaccia mixes have had a spice packet & instructions for how [and when] to apply the nifty stuff. this mix had no slightest hint of how or when.- it rose just a tiny amountthe result was rather dense.- it had nearly zero flavorthis is the biggest problem for me. i ordered this because focaccia bread is almost always tasty … and this was _bland_. very, very, very bland. [*sigh …*]rated a TWO since it was well below my expectation, but not actually _bad_.take care,lee

If you love Italian, Buy it!!!!! Itâs amazing!!!!
I just took it out of the oven….. it smells amazing. I put extra virgin olive oil, pesto in small little blobs and pizza sauce. Iâm waiting the 10 minutes to cool…. I had no problems with the directions and I separated the dough just I know I could do it next time to add different toppings. Canât wait to enjoy!!! Definitely will ordering more!!!!

Gooey and inedible
Yes, we followed the package instruction, to-a-tee! We had high hopes for this product but cannot recommend it. It did not rise. It would not thoroughly bake. Inside it was gooey and ultimately inedible. Very disappointing. 🙁

Would buy again, great for parties
A super yummy bread! It showed up quickly, and I whipped this up in ~10minutes (with toddlers âhelpingâ) of + 20 minutes letting the bread rise and 25 minutes in the oven. The flavor was exceptional.My 2 toddlers also love the flavor and texture. (Parents will know this is a huge win) âWe added kalamata olives prior to baking and would do the same next time.

fast, easy, and delicious Focaccia with Rosemary
This item tasted delicious, was easy enough for my six year to almost make himself (I took it out of the oven), and was enjoyed by the whole family. We prepared this very quickly on a cold Alaskan Sunday. It was devoured with a hearty stew and enjoyed by the entire family. I think I am going to try the brownies next.
