great taste treat
Not only is this waffle mix great tasting, but it’s ingredients are healthy. I’m a vegan and didn’t have to add eggs,I only used almond milk. What a pleasant surprise when I had the first bite with maple syrup. WOW!

Both vegan and gluten free, this is an EXCELLENT pancake and waffle mix – just phenomenal. Healthy. EASY TO USE. We were able to carry it to the Boundary Waters on a canoe trip and add only oil and water. It was a highlight meal. Now, we use it for our waffles and pancakes. The sizing is a little off. You need about a half a cup of the dry mix and then add appropriate water and oil to make one large pancake. So, order two bags. I always do. :-). Well worth it! Very hardy. One large pancake is a meal.

Miss-advertised?
Thereâs no place on this package it says itâs gluten-free. Amazon will not let me return this so I had to try it. They taste great. But Iâm not sure if theyâre really gluten-free.!

Everything Free Pancakes and Waffles!
Due to allergies, I am soy, gluten, egg, and dairy free. It can get hard to eat stuff like this. This pancake mix is so delicious. It was weird to be that it had to raise for 10-15 minutes, but it is definitely worth the extra few minutes. It is really easy to make, just add water and oil or butter – wait some minutes – then cook.
