Uncomfortable and didn’t really work
I gave these a try to reduce my snoring but they didn’t really work. My wife says it’s about 30% better on a good night. I tried them about for about 2 weeks and they gradually become more uncomfortable. The area around my nostrils became a little raw from these and caused interior irritation. Separate issue but these cannot be worn with a septum nose ring, so I’ve taken mine out each night.

But, when snoring becomes such a nuisance even the neighbors are complaining with the windows closed, action must be taken! The kit contains four sizes of vents so it’s probably about as universal as it gets. Took a few nights to get used to having something stuffed up the nostrils, but now if I don’t insert these, I find I can’t breathe as easy trying to sleep. Using a snoring app shows my snoring has gone from cataclysmic-almost-Richter-scale loud down to between a 2 and 5 level. If I’m stuffy they don’t work as well, but I find that if I leave them in my stuffiness clears up and breathing becomes normal.
