Directions lacking
The directions said thereâs a logo that goes to the back. Thereâs no logo on mine.

Literally ripped a chunk of my hair out
Put on once and the velcro got so stuck in my hair I had to have help removing it and lost a chunk of my hair still. Also didnât even feel like it was sturdy when it was on.

Doesnt work for mouth breathing
Definitely doesnât work enough to keep my mouth close. Itâs not back comfort wise and is a little large for me as a woman.
