Interesting texture without flavor
I like konjac noodles, in general, as well as this particular brand. They have the texture of a long, smoothe strand, rather than something merely extruded, like pasta. As such, they will not dissolve into mush, when cooked for a long time, though they will soften into a gentler texture. Initially, they are soft but firm. They do not absorb the flavor of the elements around them, nor do they add a flavor. So, I use them mostly in stews, to add texture, or stir fry them with something that coats the strands.

Delicious scent and taste free
These are my new favorite. They do not have an odor and are perfect for my keto diet. For those not on a keto diet these are not the same texture as pasta. It’s more rubbery type texture. I like it, and don’t mind.I’ve used it for fettuccini Alfredo and also just as buttered noodles as a side with my steak. I will buy again

they work well
i recently discovered a need to limit carbs to almost zero daily net carbs, these helped with the transition. So yup these work…. 1st try preparing them i was disappointed… i found a prep method online and will paraphrase it, because it flat out worked wonders. YES these can taste GOOD.ok what works for me. i open package drain and rinse noodles well in cold water.rinse 3 more times…. trying to get the citric acid which is used as a safe preservative out…. it has a sour taste so rinsing here makes things better later. Place in pot with ample water cold, bring to boil and reduce temp to simmer for 2 min. remove from heat and drain….rinse…. drain….rinse…drainpat mostly dry. Here i now use a wok, you can use a skillet or pot…. i then add coconut oil and stir fry the noodles for a few min until the texture and firmness is right. Then add in sauces or whatever. expect a hint of sour and adjust sauce or seasonings to compensate. I tend to use fresh herbs and spices and such.very very very good..the mouth feel and texture will resemble a dente pasta. the chew and flavor are pretty close. works amazing in south east asian dishes….works very well in italian as well.does ok reheated next day in microwave but no where near as good .left me satisfied and happydefinitly recommend,,,, and hope this helps someone out!

As expected and cheaper than the store
I’ve bought miracle noodles from the store, these cook just the same after rinsing, added bonus way cheaper than buying in store per package.

Soeos Konjac Noodles. Never buy again!
I bought this product before, so I was I was surprised by the outcome. The fettuccine that came out of the package was a coagulated, dense ball that I had to break up in the strainer. Then after heating it up in alfredo sauce, it was like chewing rubber bands? I then decided to heat the noodles longer. But it never softened up? I’ve had konjac noodles before and they’re ok if you really heat them up before eating. But these were horrible. To make matters worse, they can’t be returned. I prefered these over the Skinny brand because they’re cheaper. But I guess you get what you pay for…

$, Too Much Plastic
These were easy to prepare and had little or no taste. If youâre really trying to limit carbs, these could be the ticket. That said, there is an unconscionable amount of plastic packaging and they are too expensive. I guess Iâll have to indulge in some carbs, now and againâ¦

Delicious!
Iâve been craving pasta ever since I started a keto diet two months ago. This product has the same texture as regular pasta. Once I add my own sauce, itâs a close approximation of the real deal. My body doesnât freak out with all the carbs and my soul feels satisfied with a guilt free indulgence.

Great for my low carb diet
I dont eat pasta, rice or noodles and havent for a few years but now i can have my spaghetti ( or fettucine or angel hair) and eat it too. It takes the place of any pasta and although it’s al dente its taste becomes that of whatever it’s in! So marinara sauce or alfredo or even asian or thai soups that you’d use ramen or somen or rice noodles in are great with this instead. It does clump together so you have to cut it up to mix it in a sauce.some of my spaghetti was 2 feet long! Love it!

First off, I would definitely recommend putting these noodles in a stir fry or hearty soup, as just preparing them like regular pasta or ramen isn’t the best experience. So in my opinion, marketing them as “Italian” pasta like fettuccine and spaghetti is somewhat misleading, because they’re really not meant to be consumed in the same type of way. They don’t really have much of a taste to them, and in my experience they are quite chewy and almost like octopus in texture. Yeah, the texture was definitely unexpected, but I could see it being someone’s comfort food.I think (although it depends on how you prepare them, and what else you put with them) one bag of noodles is enough to be part of a meal for one person. So the pricing starts to feel a bit much when you consider that. If three people are having a meal that includes these noodles, and each has one bag’s worth of noodles, that’s about $20 just in noodles for that meal. I don’t have to tell you that those are some pricey noodles! That being said, this is the type of thing that might be a real treat for people on a certain diet, who are looking for some real variety. Maybe you crave the texture of these type of stir fry/soup noodles, but allergies or other dietary restrictions get in the way, or you can’t take the admittedly high calorie content of most noodles. So while I wouldn’t recommend getting these too often – for the sake of your financial health – I don’t think you can go wrong with trying them out, as I can’t see anything that would be unhealthy about them. Most of my gripes with these noodles, and the reason I’m giving them four stars, is really down to how they’re marketed and presented (and of course, the price doesn’t help). Because eating them straight or with only a bit of sauce/seasoning (like regular spaghetti, etc.) is not very appetizing. I was somewhat disappointed due to that, because I must admit they looked very appealing in the thumbnail. That being said, if you’re willing to be a bit creative with the preparation, especially if you’re trying these due to dietary reasons, you might end up pleasantly surprised. They’re a wildcard, for sure.

Iâve tried other brands of konjac and tofu noodles in the past and even though the texture is chewy and the flavour is unoticable, they are a great noodle replacement for diet. This brand though tastes like rubber bands and it messed up my stomach. DO NOT BUY
