Amazing
Great noodles, no aftertaste like with other brands. Texture is similar to rice noodles, and are really easy to cook.

Less chewy than other brands
I recently tried Soeos Konjac Noodles as a more budget-friendly alternative to the konjac noodles I usually buy. I wasnât sure what to expect since some low-cost brands donât quite meet the mark, but I was pleasantly surprised! Just like other konjac noodles, they donât have much flavor on their own, which is great for soaking up sauces and seasonings. One thing that stood out, though, is the texture. Compared to other brands, Soeos noodles are softer and not quite as chewy. Theyâre still chewy, just a bit more tender, which I actually enjoyed as it made them blend better with different dishes. Theyâre perfect for anyone following low-carb, keto, or paleo diets. For the price, Iâd say theyâre a solid option, especially if youâre looking for something easy to mix into meals.

Great alternative
I really enjoy these noodles. They do not have the regular noodle texture, because they are not regular noodles. Once I had that mind, they were awesome alternatives. I’ve tried them with different sauces and they held up great.

Good portions. Bought them again.
Bought them again. I like how easy it is to make them. And the portions are decent.

Overpriced undersized
Obviously I got this for weight control. I used to get something similar to this from the Korean stores but there are none around me since I moved to wilmington NC. Had to order online. I tried several brands and these are definitely overpriced (all) for some reason. Compared to the others like skinny pasta it is same quality. Both are overpriced but skinny noodles is a bit more expensive but 1.5 oz more :/ the concept of getting these to eat w less guilt is good though. I am not a ravenous person but I have to use 2 bags at least to fill up. So I need to shell $$$ and buy many boxes if I have to have the pasta fix. Overall it is easy to prep, not like the older version of these noodles I used to get from the Korean Market. Older version used to be stored same exact way, in liquid and that liquid used to be fishy smelling. All the kinds I bought online recently I guess are upgraded now w/o that fishy liquid. Taste: you know there is none you can’t have these without mixing it with whatever sauce .. and they tell you ready to eat.. No don’t just rinse it and warm it up.. You will be miserable. I rinse it quick, drain well, heat up a sauce pan w pam spray then drop it in the pan. Sauté it for some time (not too much cause it will just shrink n you can’t shrink this more than it is or you will need a magnifying glass to find it.. it won’t get golden colored or act like starchy food so I put soy sauce to give it that tan color and flavor) then add my sauce, best is teriyaki and soy sauce with whatever meat and vegetables. Let IT SIMMER the sauce will not get totally absorbed by the noodles but it will make the texture softer and consistency closer to pasta. Again this is to bulk up food and give you some feel of pasta but not exactly pasta.. For the difference in calories and the little sacrifice: 5 plus stars but for the microscopic portion: zero stars. If it was bigger bags for that crazy price: 4 stars. It is costly to eat well nowadays and buying food online is even more costly.

Best Shirataki noodles yet
When I decided to order these noodles, all of the reviews were for Free Vine Voice products, so the reviews were questionable at best (and this product has an “F” FakeSpot grade)… yet I decided to give them a try anyway, since the price was lower than my normal Shirataki noodles… so what the heck? Wow! They’re actually better than the other Shirataki noodles I’ve purchased in the past… I like the texture better, and even though they don’t really have a “taste” I still enjoy them more overall and will continue purchasing them (provided the price stays in line). If face, I just added them to my Subscribe & Save. Give them a shot!

If Possible, Try Before You Buy This Quantity
Based on earlier reviews, there are people who actually like this type of noodle. I, unfortunately, am not one of them. I expected they’d be tasteless; so are most “real” noodles. What I can’t stomach is the texture, which gave me the creeps. If you can try these or a similar product before buying this quantity, you can figure out if you find them at least edible. If so, the incredibly low calorie/carb count makes it worth your while. Otherwise, you can move on and won’t have wasted as much money as I did.

Great noodle alternative
I read multiple reviews for tips . I rinsed the noodles in cold water for a minute or 2 , then did it again . Dried them , then pan fried in a little butter until all wetness was gone . I folded noodles into homemade keto alfredo sauce made of butter , fresh grated Parmesan , heavy whipping cream , a whole head of oven roasted garlic and a whole rotisserie chicken deboned and pulled , topped with black pepper and a little Celtic salt and chefs kiss . My hubby loved , I loved and will def look forward to more keto dishes made with this noodle . The palmini noodles texture just wasnât doing it anymore . Needed a more noodle like noodle and these do the trick . They just need a good flavorful sauce and do the noodle prep before you stir them into your sauce .

Great substitute for traditional noodles! They don’t taste like much on their own, but they definitely absorb the flavour of whatever youâre making. I usually put them in ramen or pad thai and it turns out great.
