Glad to find a cotton bolster with quality removable insert and washable cover made right here in the USA. Worthy of a place in the living room or the gym, and the navy blue is a perfect match to the blue in my new yoga mat. Perfect size to support my head and torso (Iâm 5â 6 1/2â ) in twists and heart openers. For scale, Iâve included a pic on the mat.

Firm bolster
I like the bolster but it is quite firm when lying on ,hence I have it a 4. As a support under the legs it is great. When you do restorative yoga it requires you to lie on bolsters and for the torso it is quite firm. Love the color and quality of fabric . The cover can be washed when dirty which is a plus.
