GREAT FIRM BIG BOLSTER IN PURPLE!!!
I wanted a big firm bolster in purple (fave color) for sitting meditation, and for practicing restorative yoga in the Iyengar style in my home. This is it!!! It has just enough give to be comfortable but please note that this is dense and firm just as it should be, and not soft like some couch pillow. The outside material feels durable like a good pair of jeans. I am looking forward to using this daily for years to come.

Premium Quality – Yoga Bolster
I have two yoga bolsters; both of which I enjoy using for different reasons. This one is longer, wider, thicker and firmer than my other bolster. It is comfortable, solid, and great for my restorative poses. It is heavier in weight, than my other bolster, and is similar to what I have found used at professional yoga studios. Due to it’s weight, I do not carry it back and forth to my yoga class. I use it for my home yoga practice. It is absolutely essential support for those days when my shoulders and back muscles are tight and need to be stretched out. It is great for shoulder support poses, forward twists and backward bends. I love to use it in the relaxed state of Savasana particularly when I prop it up and used it in combination with yoga blocks. FYI – it did not require any airing out and did not have any offensive odors when it first arrived; so you can use it immediately. This is a great heavy weight and solid yoga bolster!

This bolster is very dense and very comfortable that will not flatten out . I use it throughout my restorative classes . Bolster supports a number of poses . Very happy ! This bolster is dense and weighty . Be careful moving it around your mat and take your time positioning it .

Quality product but waaaay too heavy for me. Reviewers mentioned that it was exactly what they had used in yoga studios, but that is not the case at any of the studios that I have been to.

Nice Large/Firm Bolster
Decided to purchase a bolster to help w my back pains after trying at my yoga class. I’m around 5’10 and 185lbs. I purchased this since it looked larger/firmer than others. Happy it was same as the one they had in my class. Liked that it was firm so i didn’t sink in while lying or sitting on it. Also, liked it was larger. Bolster (in purple) is solid, heavy and made w strong fabric. Was packaged very nice. Did purchase a smaller/softer bolster that was more common fr Yes4All (green) that was very nice to compare and use for other poses. Keeping both since each has it’s advantages!

i love yin and don’t love blocks. I do love bolsters and this one is great. Firm, supportive, and a fun color, I prefer it to the ones at the studio. the only thing that keeps it from perfection is that there is a loop handle on only one end. but don’t let that keep you from buying this, it’s the best.

JUST OKAY
This bolster attracts lint and other dust and then whatever it attracts transfers to your clothes. Although it is heavy and seems sturdy, it sags when sitting atop two yoga blocks or when leaning against a block. When perched upon two yoga blocks, it sinks in the middle. It’s fine for other purposes such as resting child’s pose or twists, anything where the bolster is lying the floor and doesn’t need to be propped up on blocks.

Exactly what the title says. Itâs like a brick and not good for restorative yoga IMHO. First time buying a bolster. Returning it and buying something smaller and hopefully a tad softer based on my online research.

The quality of this product is nice but the color is a dark green and I bought this specifically because I loved the lime green. Also 20 centimeters is just under 8 inches and the measurement is 5.5 inches deep. Smaller than advertised.
