Beautiful, easy to use kit! Love it!
This kit is fantastic. It comes with everything you need to start the sourdough process. I was always held back by supplies- even though I had things I could use in my kitchen, having intentional items is so encouraging and to keep the beautiful sourdough loaves coming. The starter jar, cloth cover, and silicone baskets are my favorite parts. I never had a measuring jar that worked super well as a starter jar, but this removes that hesitation. And the silicone baskets are so easy to clean, and I love that they squish to lie flat for storage. Highly recommend, thank you homelux!!!!!

Love some things not so much others
Love the bread pans, the mat I could deal without? Super hard to wash..I ended up using my cutting board! Love the jar, and tools! Just wish it had come with a scale! Overall would def recommend !

I love this kit. It has everything. My favorite part is probably the starter jar. I love that it has so many details and yet itâs simple and easy to use. I especially love the temperature gauge. The silicone bowls were very easy to clean after using them& they store nicely. Iâm not 100% sure on if youâre supposed to put them in the oven or not, it looks like you can bake them up to like 450 but I bake my bread at 500. But either way they didnât stick to the bread while it was proofing and the loaves came out nicely when it was time for final shaping. Overall I absolutely love it and it has been so helpful.

Thin glass
Only used this product for about a month before the glass jar broke (never went in dishwasher). The rest of the items in the set seem to be of good quality. Keep using your good ole fashioned mason jar for the starter.
