These bowls work great while making sour dough loafs. The dough comes out easily and they are also easy to clean. Also love all the accessories- great for a beginner who might not have everything. Would definitely recommend this product.

Top quality bread proofer kit
I really like this bread proofing kit. First the bowls fold flat so they don’t take much room to store them. I also are Heat resistant so it is possible to cook in them. They can take up to 449F which most baking items I cook are 400 and under. So I can use them for more than just breads. The dough cutter is stainless steal however I don’t think the handle part of it comes down enough. It does come with a dough whisk, sifter, silicone brush and a holder for the blades. The wooden handles are a good strong handle that will last a long time. Everything was easy to clean. This kit is top quality.
