Product came in the package broken and not useable
I disliked that I was not able to use the product because the rubber straps came already broken in the package and the little metal bar that is supposed to be secured under two metal stabilizers was loose in the package with the stabilizer broken. The product actually looked like it had already been used, not new.

Rubber straps broke
Rubber was a bad choice to use. When grinding there is obvious amount of resistance pulling back as the slide on the ground. This with the added heat from friction and sparks cause the rubber straps to break fairly easy. And the metal prongs tend to peel back and release the flints. Awesome idea but bad design. Get the one with the straps not silicon

These are fun, my kid likes them. They are just a novelty item, but still fun. The fit over a pretty big shoe, when required, and they work as described. The only caveat is that the flint last for a limited amount of “scrapes”.
