Good value , decent elbow support
I bought this because I injured my left forearm- I upped my weights bench pressing and then felt something tear when I did pull ups afterwards. This is more than a 3 day sore injury. I bought this to help support me while I heal so I can train . I bought the pink one because I’m a girl and who doesn’t need a bit of pink when you are lifting weights!!! I haven’t worked out yet but trying it on it’s super stretchy, my arm feels good and as a pair they are not bad quality. My elbow measurement was right in the middle of the large size, I maybe could have bought a medium but it’s not too big. As it is it fits great and there is no flab hanging over or pinching. I will also wear it at work until my injury heals . I would definitely recommend this item .Update- I wore this for 8 hours yesterday and my arm feels so much better. It’s not going to help everyone but it has and did help me.

Sparthos Elbow Compression Sleeves (Pair)
I bought the size medium elbow compression sleeve. I used the instructions on how to measure the size that I needed according to the Sparthos directions. I received my sleeves pretty quick. The medium size didn’t fit me very well, it was a little bit big. It didn’t fit snuggly on my arm. I guess because I have pretty skinny arms. If I pull it up really high on my arm, then it fits okay. But I wished I had ordered the smaller size even though it wasn’t the correct measurements according to the Sparthos instructions because I think it would’ve fit my skinny arms better. I purchased it because I injured my left elbow from working in the stock room. Once in a while the pain comes when I bend my arm. I wear it at night when I sleep and I wear it during the day when I work. It helps the pain and it’s comfortable to wear. I like the nude color because it looks like skin color which is not noticeable when worn. I love that it came in a pair. I only use one of them though. The other one is a spare for when I need a replacement.

Great sleeve but sizing is off
According to the size chart, I am clearly a medium, with a forearm circumference of 9”. I’ve got the sleeve on now and have for a few hours. It is clearly a bit larger at the bottom but fits exactly right elsewhere and stays up. It’s very comfortable, but provides little compression and I definitely need a size small. I am not returning it as it feels good and will be useful on low pain days. I have Ehler Dahlos syndrome and chronic tendonitis. I use a ton of kinesiotape and right now I’ve got both the tape and the sleeve on. I need more compression. I’m going to order a small to switch over to when my elbow is really hurting as this is a great sleeve, but want others to know that the sizing chart is wrong. To the company: please update your sizing chart.Updated: I’ve had my sleeve on all day and now it’s stretched out and too big to do much use. I planned on buying another pair in small for high pain days. But now I’ve wasted my money on a pair I won’t use. Of course, these are a great deal but no one wants to waste money! Aldo, for all day wear, they are a bit too thick (thicker and slightly spongy – not like typical compression gear). My inside elbow is a little sore. Took another star off my rating. Oh well!

Bought them more than a year ago, still using them for calisthenics, Muscle-ups and weighted dips/pull-ups, great quality and fabric, not too tight, not to loose, very helpful also if you have pain in your elbows and forearm which i get due to tuck-planche hold and high repetition muscle-ups.

Je l’utilise pour jouer aux quilles et je n’ai plus de douleur au niveau du coude car ça supporte très bien l’articulation. J’ai pris M, mais selon la mesure, j’étais au début du large. Pour moi, je préfère M.
