Great product and value!
This is the second roll of this I have purchased. I use it as kt tape is normally used and I also use it for taping my mouth for sleep as expensive Hostage tape brand is used. Perfect for this application as it sticks well, is mesh like so you can still pull air through if needed, and leaves no residue.

Best deal in KT tape!
I had just bought the three pack of different brands from Amazon, and was almost through my Sporthos roll when I went looking for more and found this. If you divide the cost of 118 feet, by the usual 16 feet, this adds up to almost (not quite) 7 rolls, now multiply that times the cost of one roll, and this is the best bargain out there. Just downloaded my free user guide too. It’s 40 pages, so I will be printing it off at work (my bad). I wear a back brace at work as a result of surgery, taped my lumbar region once, and didn’t use the brace and did good. Have to wait to tape it again as I was not cautious in removing it and took some skin, now it has to heal. I have bought 6 different knee braces trying to find the one that did the job, but none did. Started to use the KT brand tape, and it fits the bill. The sporthos tape is much better, stronger, more supportive, and stays on longer without the edges rolling up. Your skin does need to be clean and dry, and it will hold up in the shower for days afterward. I have worn this brand tape for 5 days in a row. So when they say it stays when applied correctly, it does. I taped my instep even though I don’t have plantar fasciitis, just a high instep, and it helps immensely. But, the biggest benefit has been my knee. I don’t tape the way the directions suggest, I’ve had tp play with it to get my own personal fit, and it works great for me. The money I threw away on the knee braces kills me! From now o n I’m a tape girl all the way!!!

Easy to use and good quality
I purchased this to help reduce foot pain associated with having a sesamoid fracture and it performs wonderfully. I wish the adhesive would last longer than a day but, given that I used it on my foot, it probably would last longer if used on a body part that isnât constantly in motion. Being able to cut pieces to the length I need is super handy as well!

Sticks Much Better than RockTape & KT
Iâve tried several different brands of kt, including Rocktape (normal and h20 edge) and KT Pro Extreme and this tape outperforms all of them. The others all start peeling the same day if I do any form of exercise or the next day at best,even after Iâve cleaned the area before applying. It also seems to have more oomph. By that I mean it just feels more supportive. I had this on one wrist and Rocktape on the other at one point, and this one felt more secure/didnât peel as fast.This one is also much cheaper, and convenient to cut because the box is made so you can pull out as much as you need, easily, without opening it & the back has grid lines that are super helpful for more precise cutting.That being said, if youâre not careful, this tape could take your skin off. I have to really take my time getting it off, which is a trade off I take for the effectiveness. If I used oil like they recommend Iâm sure itâd be easier but I never feel like it.Itâs pretty easy to find a video of how to tape specific areas but I appreciate that they have an online visual/text guide as well. This will probably be my go-to tape going forward.

Great KT Tape! Best I have ever used & I have used most major brands of KT tape
I am having sciatica issues and this tape is a life saver. It stays on SO much better than all the other tapes I have used (and I have used almost all of the top-rated tapesâ¦).Even though it stays on very well, if it is time to change the tape, it comes off without taking my skin with it. I hit it with my hairdryer on low heat before removing tape. Then I dry brush the application area & lightly apply rubbing alcohol to remove oils and prepare my skin for a new application.Iâll order again when my supply is running low, but this is a HUGE roll of tapeâwill last a long time.Ohâthe dispenser box is a plusâvery handyâ and it keeps the tape roll tidy & clean.

It works IF used properly
Doesn’t stick? Frays? Comes off overnight?Perhaps, as I can see from the photos with the complaints, that the tape was NOT applied correctly. Do not blame the product when used/applied improperly.Mine stays on for days, through showers and sweat. I use it every day. My lower back was SO tender this morning I couldn’t touch it. Three PROPERLY applied strips,12 hours later, zero pain after a six hour shift on my feet. Can’t live without it.When sleeping with it on my knees, I use an old tube sock with the toe cut off as a sleeve to prevent the edges from loosening. This is only because a sleep on flannel sheets & the fuzziness can cause curling of the edges.During the day, a knee-high panty hose (cut toe) keeps my pants from curling the edges, but this is only an issue with constant kneeling.Best stuff for pain relief and support. Saved my friends sanity & back when I showed her husband how to apply it. She was 7 months pregnant with healthy twins, those babies were big!

I had previously been using rock tape in order to keep my Freestyle Libre sensor attached and it usually lasted about a week before it needed replaced. Spartan tape works exactly the same does what I need it to except the bulk pack makes it significantly more economic.
