Arrived broken (hinge) – very flimsy
Great idea and design – however it arrived with a broken hinge (box was heavily taped so mustâve been a return). My husband fixed it but for the price we shouldnât have had to do that. We can tell it wonât last long – checking was made of very thin wire. Sad because itâs very nicely designed and lightweight

Broken and too short for 25lbs Frenchie, great action for take down/set up though
It arrived broken. One of the locking panels was broken and it seemed like the package had been opened previously by the suspicious tape job.I wish there was a size between the medium and small, because the small is too small and the medium is way too big and more actions for take down/set up. Length and width were fine for my 25lbs Frenchie but it was about 3 inches too short in height. She couldn’t sit up straight.I really wish it worked out, it was such a quick and smooth single action to take down and put up.
